Very beautiful, my family cried when my mom opened her gift and started calling off the names. It will be nice if item was a little bigger but in all it is a great gift.??

The heart was very well made. It was a gift for my mother-in law and she loved it. Like other reviews have said it's not the biggest item but it tells you the dimensions. I think it's just right for a bookshelf or coffee table. We had 8 names and they all fit very well. There was no error at all with it and looks of quality. The only thing it did come 4 days later than it said but also it's xmas so that was expected. We were very pleased!
