This came so shortly after I placed the order (and I used economy shipping). The product is stunning. I gave it to my mother for Mother's Day and she was crying tears of joy. It's so lovely and it's not the first time I ordered from this website. It hasn't disappointed me yet. The personalized mugs are also so beautiful! I made a memorial for my grandmother and had a bunch of mugs made up with photos of her and gave them out to my family. The quality of the pictures on the mug were great.

I was adopted and an only child for 65 years when I discovered, through Ancestry.com, I had 2 younger sisters. We will be meeting for the very first time in May and I wanted to give them each something that would remind them of my love and new found connection. This etched Heart Puzzle Keepsake was perfect. It is beautiful~! The etching is clean and clear and the size and weight gives it substance and stability. To make this gift even better would be if May would hurry up and get here~! P.S. I absolutely loved this family keepsake and my Grandmother, who it was for, did as well. The price was reason able which I was surprised for the quality and the beauty of the product. I also want to mention that the company is great. My local post office actually lost my original order they delivered it to the wrong address and was not able to retrieve it back. When I notified Personalization Mall.com of what happened they didn't ask questions just apologized for something that wasn't their fault and then replaced my order, which I received in just a few days after notifying them of what happened. I would shop at this site again and again and would recommend it to all of my friends.

I bought this for my mom n law and she absolutely loves it. It's glass and clear with white writing. You can stand it against any color background to change the look. It's good quality and one of the better gifts for those who have everything.

I ordered this for my best friend who lives in another state. They just had another baby. This arrived well-packaged and perfectly made. It is solid, heavy glass and sits nicely on its side. You can change the way the names are arranged by simply changing the order in which you enter them. This is my new "go-to" gift for loved ones. PS - I always include the pets names as well.

Not too happy with the shipping but with that aside I definitely feel like I got what I paid for its super beautiful and a nice size and weight. I've already started reccomending this site to people.
