Very bright We ordered 3 sets, one for me (pink), one for my husband (red) and one with both of us (green). The are exactly as they look in the picture. We haven't used them yet but it will be so much easier to find our luggage with the neon colors and our last name on the back. It was also nice there was room for more than one phone number under our address.
