These are made of plastic. They turned out exactly as I ordered them, and I like them. I just hope with the way airports handle luggage that the plastic doesnt break. Hopefully these are very durable. Seems a little pricey. But overall, they look great and timely shipping.

The tags are really nice but I would make the font small enough on the last name side so that the name would fit better.

I like the size and color but I think the rubber cord is too long and may get caught between other luggages on a plane. I think it should be shorter so it stays closer to the handle and case.

Very clear writing and background colors. Easy to pick out on a baggage claim belt. Only negative thing is the plastic strip to connect it to my luggage. Not sure how long that will last. But other wise a nifty tag.

I have not used this yet so may up the rating at a later time. These are excellent in appearance and seem to be very durable. The were made as ordered and delivered in under a week. Just don't know to give them a 5 star until I have the opportunity to actually put them on bags and use them

Love the design, high quality,thick glossy plastic, BUT the green color seems more like a cream green, rather than neon green.

Easy to see, nice colors-I got red, yellow and pink. Strap is longer than others I've had. Hope it doesn't get caught on something.

I bought these luggage tags for a trip last year. They make my bag easy to identify at baggage claim. I just purchased 6 more sets for stocking stuffers this Christmas. The only thing that I would change is the long clear strap. I had to replace it with a shorter one since the long one made the tag dangle a bit too much, causing the tag to get caught on other bags & items. This is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

I would have given it a 5 star except - the last two orders I made for these luggage tags came with "Black Velvet Pouches". I was looking forward to them. This time they came in bubble wrap. Dissappointed !

These neon luggage tags are good in being able to distinguish our bags at a luggage carousel and the tag itself is very good quality. I noticed that the plastic straps furnished with the tags are longer than normal and although this made it easier to attach, we believe it also led to one of our tags falling off our bag on our most recent trip (this purchase was partly to replace that lost tag, the same type we purchased before). When this package came in, and I opened the package with scissors, both straps had been cut - possibly by me, but either way it was hard to avoid and now I have no straps. I didn't see on your website on how to buy so I'll have to look elsewhere for 2 more straps, and hopefully they won't be quite so long,

I haven't used this item yet but will get the chance to soon. It's very nicely built and I like the solid background and color scheme. It's a great way to tell which suitcase is mine, given the neon colors on the tag. The only trouble I've had is tying it. Otherwise it's great and I can't wait to show it off!

The personalized luggage tags we received were perfect. We didn't really like the clear loops for attaching them to our luggage, so we purchased straps with buckles so they would be more secure. But the tags themselves are great!

Exactly as described, arrived quickly

The luggage tags I received from Personalization arrived very promptly. They are a good, BIG, very visible size, and the bright, neon, color makes them even more visible. Just what I was looking for to differentiate my luggage from all the other black nylon suitcases on the luggage carousel. My only worry is that the apparently durable, flexible clear plastic loop that comes with them to attach them to luggage is a bit too long. This lets the tags dangle somewhat far way from their attachment point on the suitcase. The concern is that the tags may snag on other bags or luggage handling equipment and tear off! Only using them in the "real world" of travel will tell me if they are vulnerable in this way.

The tags are great since they large and come in bright colors so they can be seen easily. However the plastic loops that connect them to luggage handles are worthless. They’re too long and are thin and can easily let the tag get caught on anything. We have already lost one tag during a recent flight. I’m now using zip ties to connect the tags to my luggage and they work fine. So to the manufacturer, PLEASE replace the worthless plastic loops with something that lasts.

These tags look classy and really help you spot your luggage; however, both of my tags broke in half when going through the airport luggage carrier. It's best to use these for your overhead luggage.

Not sure how these tags received 5 stars since I bought 4 and used 2 and simply went to Florida. Flew first class so my luggage that was checked is marked Priority. When I picked up same in Fort Myers, the luggage tags were damaged. One was missing a corner and the other one had a cracked corner. Great idea. love the brightness of these tags, but not very sturdy if it was sent through airline and broke in one flight. You can use these luggage tags on other things but definitely not airline travel. I attempted to attached a picture of my tags however this website was not cooperating and wouldn't let me attach a photo if though it says you can,

The Hot Pink we ordered is NOT the Hot Pink we received. The Hot Pink pictured matched our luggage. The pink we received does not match. The WORST part is the very first time we used them the black letters on the pink side SMUDGED terribly!!! WASTE OF MONEY!!!
