Great but wish that it was taller to keep the rock coaster from falling off if moved!

Coasters and holders were Christmas gifts they LOVED IT.

The holder does not seem to be tall enough to accommodate four coasters. If you don’t mind this then it is okay.

The black coaster holder is one tile short of really containing all 4 coasters. It makes the top coaster vulnerable to falling off. However, the holder is sturdy.

This is a study piece to hold the personalized coasters. Only reason I don’t give 5 stars is it would have been better if the sides were higher to contain all 4 of the coasters. I’m still satisfied with the overall product.

Purchased as a gift and am very satisfied. Would have given 5 stars but one of the coasters was chipped and it was obvious. I would also like to have seen the Coaster Holder included rather than purchased separately. Overall, the coasters are beautiful.

I found this product to be quite big. I worried that eventually the coasters will break or crack due to the movement in the heavy holder

I ordered the set of coasters personalized with pictures, 3 turned out well, but one had streaking through most of the picture on faces and elsewhere!
I contacted Customer Service right away and waiting for an answer.
Have been ordering from this company for years and have faith they will make it right, love their products and quality!!

I was excited to get these coasters But the one had Dark spot on persons face .I understand the photos quality on different materials is changed but very dissapointed

The coaster holder was too small to hold the tumbled marble coasters I purchased. My husband had to put it in a vice and pull out the sides, allowing the coasters to fit in. Also, disappointed there were no “bumpers” on it to prevent furniture scratching

I could barely get the tumbled stone coasters into the holder, and after I finally did I couldn't get them out! Well, the top one sits above the holder so that one stayed loose of course but the other three are still trapped. I had given this as a gift to a client who is in the trades, and he said he would get his pliers out when he got home as neither one of use could bend the holder out by hand, and I was afraid we were going to break the coasters trying! I guess I can say it is a strong holder anyway ;)

Nice product but because it's a natural stone it gets dammaged during shipping. Absolutely would not order this product again. Came damaged but was replaced quickly. The next set was also damaged. Between the eight coasters I was able to get four that were good enough. Not the type of product to order through USPS.

This does what it’s supposed to do!

I liked that the stone coasters I bought had a holder you could purchase, however I wish the sides of the holder were taller so that ALL the coasters fit in it. One full coaster didn't fit in the holder so when presenting it as a gift, I had to secure it with ribbon.

This really holds only three coasters with the fourth just sitting on top. It also needs to have furniture protectors on the bottom. I like the look though.

I don't have a problem with the item just the fact that no one, including myself, caught that it has the wrong date on the stone. It came as 2106 instead of 2016.
There wasn't a PROOF sent over so wasn't caught there...would be a good idea I think. Now I have to start over after paying for these already. AGAIN, I didn't catch it either but should have some type of PROOF process in place.

I purchased the holder at the same time as I purchased the Tumbled Stone Coasters. The holder is exactly as pictured. It is of good quality and is a sturdy black metal. However, it only is as tall as the very bottom of the third coaster, so that the fourth coaster is not held in place at all. The top coaster can move around and be knocked off the pile and out of the holder. Given the substantialness of the coasters, that may cause knicks or dings on wooden furniture. I would have like to see the holder extended to the very bottom of the fourth coaster so that it, too, was held in place.

Sides should be higher in order to hold all four coasters. Otherwise it's ok.

Having purchased a set of stone coasters I purchased this holder for them. I am a little disappointed in the holder and won't be able to use it. The reason is that there is nothing on the bottom of the holder to prevent damage to the table it sets on. Metal and wood don't pair together and with three children in the home the coaster holder will most likely slide across the wood table causing damage. They should have put rubber or some other cushion on the bottom of the holder

The marbled stone is beautiful and the coasters are nice and heavy. However, I downloaded photos of my family and the cracks in the marbling run through their faces. I was unable to gift these because my kids looked like old people. Would be appropriate for scenery or background photos.

It's OK I think the coaster I chose are too thick.

The picture showed the coaster holder would hold all four coasters, it doesn't. The way the holder was shaped kind of bent inward you can only get two of the four coasters in it.

The beautiful coasters came in perfect, I purchased the coaster holder as an added touch to complete the present. Unfortunately, the coaster holder only holds 3-coasters. Notice in the stock picture how the last coaster sits above the coaster holder rails. It's not a deal breaker but it's definitely not functional and I wouldn't purchase the holder in the future.

These holders don't hold 4 coasters and are made of some cheap hangerlike metal.

Not happy, coaster chipped and no cork on the back of them.

The pictures were blurry and matted and dark. Not the quality I expected. I bought a “Custom” box that was gigantic not fitted yet still did not fit the metal rack I had to purchase separately for this. Not the quality I expected.

I guess you have to examine the picture before you buy. Only holds 2 coasters and rest on top. Waste of money
