I got this as a housewarming present for friends and it was a success, the only thing is the mat should probably come with a glue so it can stick to the tray. But overall we were pretty happy

We are glad to have it the only thing I though was wrong is that the center Letter is very dim. I figured it would be bolder and stand out more. Other wise it is nice.
The mat would really be nothing without the rubber framed tray, as it really makes the mat appear to be worth a whole lot more than I actually paid for it. The monograming and design of the mat is quite lovely. But the mat is very thin, and very unappealing on it's own. I would have been extremely disappointed with the mat had I not decided to purchase the rubber tray.
Product was good BUT the card I filled out to go with gift wasn't there. My sister called me and asked if I sent it because no papers or anything was with the gift.
I ordered this gift for a Christmas present. I am pleased with the quality. The colors are bright and cheerful, but I wished that the monogram initial stood out a little better. It was very reasonably priced.
I was a little disappointed when the mat arrived. It was dirty and looked like it had been walked on many times. It is very nice, but should be delivered "clean". Look at the grey spots on the mat, looks "used".
This rug is pretty; however..it appears black to dark charcoal in the online photo. I was disappointed to find out it is a lighter grey...not exactly what I was going for!
In person, the mat looks like it is smeared with white chalk....I kept trying to wipe it off. Would like it better if the background was just plain black.

I like the mat, I just don't like the chalk look on the rug.
I loved this mat when I first saw it online. However, upon receiving it, I noticed the white swirls, which you can see in the photo, are actual paint smears. It looks like someone sprinkled powder all over it, but it won't brush off. My fault! I over looked the picture. I guess I expected more. But definitely not what I was hoping for.
This is a gift, so we'll see how its received; my impression is not great. Once again, it's accurate in what I ordered. The problem is the background. It really looks dirty or dusty. I actually tried cleaning it. The pictures online make it appear very, very subtle. But in person, it's distracting. And it's closer to a gray than black. I was hoping for black. I may return if recipient agrees with me.
company did not satisfy the problem with the grayish spots on right side of background. Strange looking.

I have ordered many, many items from PM, however this is the only one I have been disappointed with. I chose not to give this a a gift, here is why. The background is called "The distressed look", and that is done in Gray over the black, the Letter you choose is also done in gray and it appears to me that the colors had run, but is not the case, that is the way it is suppose to look. To note, without the gray shading in the middle, it would have been beautiful. You can zoom in and see it. I called PM and they made it right by me..Love this site, love the company, and have been shopping here for many, many years. This is the only item I have ever been disappointed in...
The mat looks terrible in person!! There are grey areas that look like smudged paint or as if someone walked on it with dusty feet and you want to brush it off. They say it is supposed to look like that but in my opinion it looks just terrible. I ordered the rubber tray with it and it is nice quality. The floral mat itself is thin and would be nothing without rubber mat frame.I do not recommend this item at all.

Personally I'm very disappointed abt this product. The printing is very bad with mistakes and when i contacted the customer service they said all of these mats are like this. As you can see in the pic the white ish lanes look like dust

I ordered 5 door matts this Christmas for my family. I must say I was very satisfied with 4 of the 5. This Particular style looks like it has already been stepped on. The design is shadowed, and it makes it appear worn. Very disappointed.
