This frame was a great 5th anniversary gift. Classy and perfectly contemporary, it fit the bill perfectly. The only issue was the slow delivery. Almost didn't make it in time.

I bought this as an anniversary gift and it was well received. The frame is engraved with our names. Now hanging in our photo room!

I liked the frame but I would have liked it much better if the message I chose to be engraved on the bottom left had been a little larger.

This frame is beautiful, it came out so nice. The etching/engraving in the wood is clean and clear. It's gorgeous and I love it. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because the wood is shown on the sight as being 2 colors, one darker stained and one lighter on opposing corners. The whole thing was one solid light color. That was my only disappointment. It doesn't flow with the decor because of that, but I've kept it anyway because it is still a nice, quality piece.

It's lovely, well crafted, but the photo shows the wood in 2 different colors; one lighter, one darker, in opposing corners. The actual product came all one solid, light wood color. That was disappointing but it is what it is.

The ordering process, shipping & receipt of this frame all went very smoothly. The frame is very nice & as depicted. I paid extra to have a photo put in place & to have the item sent in a gift box. My only disappointment is that the photo quality is not the best, and I feel like the price I paid for the box was high. Like I said, overall, I am pleased, but thought the photo would have been of better quality.

The frame itself was beautiful. The shipping was horrible. When they say 6-9 days, figure in 2 extra days to make it and weekends. It took awhile to get here but the quality was good.

I am very pleased with this product. The would frame is gorgeous. My only critique is that picture/frame is a little wobbly. It’s my fiancée’s valentine gift. I’m going to ask him to fix once I gift it. But other than that, it’s very nice!

Great frame. Quick delivery time. Only complaint is the person who designed this frame has their name on the front too. It takes away from the personalization I created. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

I am giving it a four star rating because I would prefer that the personal inscription on the lower left be in a larger font. Other than that I am very pleased.

This is the 2nd one of these photo frames I have bought in the last month for wedding presents. It is just what I had hoped for. The sentiment is sweet, wish I had more room to write or less room and the words could have been larger. They both smelled like burnt wood when they arrived, but has helped to air them out. I can't wait to give to my friend and my great-niece for their weddings next summer. Would highly recommend. pretty cool and certainly reasonable price with sales.

I loved this as an engagement gift! If I had to provide constructive criticism...the program would not format my photo correctly, so I just ordered the frame and had my photo copied with another vendor and assembled it myself. Wish I didn't have to do the extra step. But had no choice. The imprint of the verse on the frame was tiny compared to the names, but overall loved it and the recipients loved it. Nice job.

I'm pleased with the personalized picture frame I ordered for my friend's wedding. It is exactly what I wanted. However when I opened the box the burnt smell of the wood was overwhelming. I contacted the company and they told me to let it set out in the air for a few days, which I did, or use wood furniture polish on it, or keep a dryer sheet on it.

I understand the burnt smell is caused by the laser engraving on the wood, but the campfire smell is awful. Disappointed.

I purchased this as a gift for my boyfriend and while he loved the frame, he didn’t like that the last letter of my name didn’t match the first letter of his and I have to agree with him. Why does the first letter of the first person’s name stretch down, but the last letter of the second person’s name doesn’t? That looks super awkward!

This frame comes exactly as you expect, except that the custom message is extremely small font.

This was a beautiful product I am absolutely in love with it, it did take a while for it to come in (8 days) but it was worth it!

My only dissatisfaction was the frame was to loose. They should have added more backing so the picture don’t move. However, it’s an Excellent product. I put something in the back of the frame.

I love the frame. I do, however, wish the personalized message had printed larger. Other than that I love it !!

I recently ordered this picture frame for my boyfriend as part of his Valentine’s Day gift i LOVE the frame. i asked for them to print the picture themselves since it was getting delivered to his job and not our house. I feel the picture was too dark a bit but over all such a beautiful frame

The quote is a bit small; but I LOVE the personalization.

I like the looks of the frame, but was a little disappointed that the wood on the right side of the frame did not seem as smooth as the left.

I absolutely love this frame. However, the quote on the bottom right hand corner is extremely small. I wish it was a little bigger so people could actually read it.

I don't normally write product reviews but I was very please with this frame. Quality and color of the frame was very good and the photo the company printed for me was clear and true to color. Delivery was timely. I would defiantly order from this site again.
