fun cup I received this cup from my boss as a thank you for a job well done. My hubby liked it so much he wanted one for himself. They are fun cups. Look very nice and make a great gift. The lid fits tightly so it does not leak. And no matter where you might leave it, there's no mistaking that it's yours....lol

 Decent not great. The graphics of the cup are of great quality but the cup itself is of lesser quality. Cap is not a screw on cap if that is something you need. Inside of cup is made of cheaper plastic material. Also I would not recommend paying extra for shipping as they are extremely slow and didn’t even bother to send an email saying shipping will be delayed.

A little faded I love this product however on my last order of two, I noticed the print was not as bold as the ones I've ordered in the past, looked a little like stencil but I gave the gift anyway.

Statement piece By Shopper (Woodbridge, NJ) - December 18, 2016 I absolutely love the look of my travel mug!Unfortunately, it does not keep my coffee as hot as other travel mugs that I have owned.I make my coffee at home and take it to work. Within 20 minutes of making my coffee, it's lukewarm.

NEED IMPROVEMENT I LOVE THIS CUP AS ALWAYS, YOUR COMPANY HAS GOOD QUALITY PRODUCTS. THIS CUP SHOULD HAVE THE PERSONALIZATION AT THE BASE OF THE CUP. IT IS NOT THAT ATTRACTED WITH JUST A WHITE BASE. THE LAST NAME SHOULD WRAP AROUND THE BOTTOM OF THE CUP. I PROMISE IF YOU ALL CAN MAKE THESE CHANGES, YOU WOULD SELL MORE. THEY ARE VERY EXPENSIVE CUP BUT THEY ARE GOOD CUPS. I ALSO WISH YOU WOULD CONSIDER HAVING THIS SAME CUP IN A LARGER SIZE. YOU HAVE TO CONTINUE FEELING THIS CUP

 Doesn't keep my drinks hotI'm really disappointed in this. My coffee doesn't stay hot longer than 30 minutes. I was so upset that I threw it away.

Not good quality By Shopper (Batavia, OH) - December 12, 2017 I loved the idea of a personalized travel mug. However the quality of the mug is not very good. The lid leaks and it does not keep liquid hot but for a short time. The printing and idea were great. I did order several other things and the quality was excellent.

Still NOT impressed I have been ordering product from personalizationmall.com since 2011. I have bought a variety of products and THESE mugs are the ONLY things I haven't been satisfied with. I don't know what it is with this mug but it doesn't have the same quality as all the other products I've bought. I've bought several mugs in the past and just haven't had the problems I've had with this design (the only kind offered this year). It took 3 tries to get my daughter a "decent" mug (others were damaged). They don't keep drinks even warm for very long. They leak water out of the handle area from washing. Just overall a BAD mug. I hope personalizationmall.com gets rid of this mug and brings back something with better quality. The quality I know them for!
