Better than expected! I ordered this for a gift, and couldn't be happier with the way it turned out! I used the pink/grey color combination and it turned out beautiful! The pink was bright but not quite as "hot" pink as it appeared on my screen and just lovely. It looked great with the black handle and stainless. Feels of good quality, although since it was a gift I don't know first hand about durability. Shipping was super fast. I will absolutely order this again as a gift!

Love this travel mug! I ordered this for a dear friend of mine and she loved it. I used her first name and her nick name in place of her last name. The mug is well made and the personalization shows well against the white. I used the burgundy and black as she is a Mississippi state fan and it turned out beautiful.
