The size is perfect and I love having a handle. The photos look great. The day I ordered it, I realized I ordered the 16” which was going to be too high for my coffeemaker. I called customer service and they graciously gave me a refund so I could order the smaller one. I’m a satisfied customer!

But when I opened package lid had a dent in it. I called customer service and they sent a new lid with another mug to me and I got it the next.
