First of all the customer service is top notch. I wanted to add a name to the frame after submitting my order and they were able to accommodate me. I bought the frame in 2016 for one grandchild and again in 2025 for the other.

First of all their customer service is top notch. I had ordered my item and the next day realized that I wanted to put my child's middle name and I contacted customer service and they were able to add the name on to the frame I thought that was amazing that they answered me within 2 hours and did it the frame is adorable it is perfect for displaying pictures with Santa. I bought this frame back in 2016 for the first Christmas with Santa for my first granddaughter and bought it again to match.

I'm usually thrilled with the personalized laminated frames. However, the font on this distorted the names etc...my granddaughter's name begins with a W- it looked like N .??
