 New tag holder needed By Shopper  (Cambridge, OH) - May 20, 2016 I bought this for my dog and the thing that hold the tag on the collar sucks. The tag kept falling off so my dog would chew it. I ended up using a small ring for keys to hold the tag onto the collar.
I love the pattern.

Blurry font I wasn't too impressed when opening these. I know they're not engraved, but the printed name and letters are kind of blurry, like the resolution wasn't high enough. We'll see if these hold up, but I'm doubtful.

Cute Dog tag is super cute but I wish it was larger. It's small and not very noticeable on larger dogs.

 not as expectedThe colors on these tags are no where near as vivid as the online photos. Am not happy with the quality and although I will go ahead and put them on my furkids' collars, I am sure I will be replacing them with higher quality engraved metal ones sooner rather than later.

Not very impressed Guess what you get what you paid for, really thin material It has scratches all over already :(

Lost within 2 weeks By Shopper (Bethesda, MD) - September 14, 2016 This item is super cute and we were very happy to receive it. It looked great on our dog's collar. Unfortunately, the clasp must have been defective or weak because it fell off and was lost within 2 weeks. I called customer service, but they would not replace it for me. They did give me 20 percent off a new order, which I thought was quite disappointing. They said they couldn't be sure it was defective if it couldn't be returned for them to see. I thought the fact that it broke off and was lost should have confirmed that it was defective or poor quality! Not sure I will order another one from them.

Too SMALL! We were not happy with this Pet ID Tag, very disappointed! This Tag is smaller than expected, too small. You can barely read the information on it, other than our dog's name. Color, design was good though. This is actually the first item that I've ordered from the Personalization Mall that I've been unhappy with!

Too Thin I was really excited to get this for my pup. It came very quickly and is pretty, but there's no way I can put this on her. I knew it'd be a little smaller but It's wayyyyyyy too thin and feels like my other pups are going to break it off of her right away. Unfortunately I won't be using it. I'd recommend for smaller dogs only, not medium sized.

Not happy By Shopper (Sicklerville , NJ) - January 7, 2018 Very small, smaller than I thought. I have a German Shepherd and he is big. It look ridiculous on him. I had to order another one from somewhere else. Very disappointed. ??

Poor legibility I was not happy with the clarity of the writing. It is an ID tag, and the print is very small and not very clear. They were kind enough to make a new one for me, but the second one was only slightly better. I definitely would not recommend this item to anyone. Disappointing! The customer service however, was great.

Pet ID tag This tag would be really cute IF it were not blurry, and the colors were more vibrant. I'm very very disappointed in this product. I feel like I could have gone to a pet store and had one made that would be a lot better quality.

Poor I only wanted the name no address or phone number. So rather than move the name down to the center so it is centered on the tag it's way up top. It looks stupid!

Small mistake By Shopper (Staten Island , NY) - April 2, 2017 I placed the order and needed to make a minor change and had to redo the whole order. When I re-did the order I made a mistake on my phone number and now the dog tag is useless. I feel terrible because my children were very disappointed. They were anxiously awaiting its arrival.

Not Useable By Shopper (Nashville, TN) - September 6, 2016 The metal piece to attach the tag to a collar will not bend for me so there is no way for me to actually use the tag. Additionally, the tag looks inexpensive.

Too small The lettering is so small that you can hardly read it.
Also it does not look like it will hold up to my 2 large dogs
playing. I don't think I will even use them because no one will be
able to make out the number to call if they were lost.
