Cards made easy This is such a convenient feature. No worries about what it said or looked like as I was in total control and got what I needed. Especially helpful staff as I forgot one couple that were to be included in the signature. I called with my order number and they made the adjustment immediately. Couldn't be more satisfied with the result.

Memorial Chimes By Shopper (Carbondale, IL) - August 24, 2020 The windchimes were a memorial for a Sorority member whose family member passed.
The delivery was on time for the homegoing celebration and the family was very appreciative.

Nice Card Option I did not personally see the item. I'm sure it was beautiful; however, I did want to provide some feedback on this. I ordered a sympathy wind chime and at the end of the order it asks if you'd like to add a personalized card, which I thought was nice so I added that. Who would have thought if you ADDED a personalized card, it would be shipped separate from the gift? Seriously? Then the gift arrives without a card and the card comes a day or two later. Not what was expected at all.
