Prettier in person! I bought this for my mother in law for Christmas. She absolutely loves it not only because it contains the names of all her angels, but also because it's a mug perfect for her 12oz Kreurig setting. I purchased the red because it's her favorite color, and it's an absolutely gorgeous blend of colors. And the heart wrap around the mug gives it that little extra pizzazz...making it look better than other personalized mugs I've purchased. It's a good size and well constructed. My MIL also added that it's not too heavy and keeps her drinks warmer longer. I will definitely buy again!

INFORMATION WHY I NEEDED THIS EXTRA CUP !By Shopper  (Webster, TX) - December 28, 2021 I Placed a Big sizable order & I checked spelling etc Before submitting it to be done. I have 1 issue and that is on 1 Cup - it was all Faded when I got it. Disappointed I quickly ordered 1 more CUP DIFFERENT color so it might be better?? I tried to get the same cup (LATTE SIZE) but they were all sold out.So I ordered this 15oz cup with different color and Paid EXPEDITED Fees to get it before Christmas so my Daughter could open her gift with her siblings & spouses. I wanted to let you guys know...I couldn't wait & Chance that I got another cup Before Christmas. Anyway with All that being said...I am happy with the Order that I received. I believe I should have a Credit on the Faded Cup but whatever you all decide is ok. I will not Bad mouth your company...BECAUSE you were Quick Thorough and Quality on all the other things ordered. Replacement Cup for Ugly CupBy Shopper  (Webster, TX) - December 28, 2021 I made a Purchase of cups etc. and order came in BUT 1 Cup - My Daughter's (Purple- Mom & Bonus Mom Latte Cup) came all FADED out on Right side of the Cup. I had to Hurriedly Order a Replacement for her & this order is it. All the Latte style cups were gone by then. I also Expedited this cup so she would have it on Christmas to Open with her Other Family. This to me was an Expense I should not of had to do. I didn't Feel as time being short that you would have time to cut thru the red tape to send me a replacement cup that soon. Other than this my Order was SUPER & Everyone Enjoyed getting their products. Thanks Charleen Lane

Grandma MugI really liked the mug we purchased. The only thing I didn't like was the names were not evenly added on either side of the heart on the mug although the picture shows it is evenly on the mug.

Poor Customer ServiceBy Shopper  (Bronx, NY) - January 31, 2016 I ordered this mug for our Dad. Love the style and concept, however I ordered in blue and you can barely read the names. It looks very washed out and old in person, nothing near as vibrant as shown online. Not something that an older person can appreciate if they cannot see it. I called customer service and they confirmed that is the appearance and they could not/would not do anything about it. This was very disappointing and poor customer service in my opinion. They offered no discount, solution, replacement product or to be able to return the mug. At minimum, I would have liked to replace in a different color so that my Dad can at least read the names and see the adorable design. I don't know of any other company that does not work with you if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Guess Personalization Mall is great as long as you love what you order, not if you have a problem! DO NOT ORDER BLUE!!!
