This was a well done mug with personalization just as I requested. I bought 3 of these as thank you gifts to the team of ladies who help take care of my elderly relative. I put all the family members names along with the caregivers names in the heart and a message of thanks on the back. One of the mugs broke in shipment. One call to customer service and they had a replacement on its way to me.

The mug arrived exactly as ordered. It's a good quality heavy mug that's dishwasher safe. I've gotten lots of compliments on it at work. I wish it were available in a larger size for my fancy coffee that I sometimes add whipped cream to.
