The pastel font is very light. Wish it was a bit darker.

I love my mug I just wish it was reversed so when you hold the handle you are looking at the heart.

The coffee mug I ordered for my mother included the names of all 17 of her grandkids. It was very well made and she loved it. A small issue with the paint around the handle is why I gave it 4 stars vs 5. But I highly recommend Personalizaron Mall and its products.

Overall very nice, but type fir upper case “S” reads as an upper case “J”. Unfortunate for “Sandy” who reads as “Jandy”. Otherwise would rate 5. Looks beautiful

I bought this as a gift for my mother and she loved it! It's very unique, the names and color were all perfect and it came packaged beautifully. The only flaw I found was having to put in all 21 names. Luckily, we had enough family members to make it work (grandkids, kids, spoused), but those with a smaller family would have to have some names repeating.

This gift was created for Mothers day by my cats! My only dislike is it's 10 ounce mug compared to some of the larger mugs I've purchaed. I loved the design though so I went with it.

When I saw this item I knew it was perfect for multiple people I needed to send gifts to. I love the quality of the mug and the size is perfect (larger cup). I wish the lettering was larger and took up more room but this item was exactly as I expected.

Looked good the only thing is i wanted a heart emoji put on my cup instead of the word love and when cup arrived it had a ? Instead of a heart which was upsetting considering a customer service agent even called me to confirm i wanted a heart and i said yes before the would process my order..to close to motheres day to get a new one so i had to try and draw over the ? With a sharpie to make a heart

I was hoping that the names would be more visible & that the Font on the inscription would be different, but overall, its ok.

This product is a gift for my mother in law for Christmas. There are 14 grand children's names that I used for this cup. I happy with the over all design and how quickly it got here. However, I was not pleased with which names were repeated on the mug. There is no rhyme nor reason to it that I could find and of course it ended up being the names of the children that spend the least amount of time with her. It would be nice if they had all just been repeated once equally. Good gift regardless.

Although the coffee mug is beautiful and the personalization was correct, I did not receive the item by Mother's Day as promised. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed!

The quality of the cup is great, however I would definetly have chosen a darker color. The pastel color is barely visable.

I thought that I ordered the white mug with multicolor writing and it came with teal writing that is very light on the mug. The coaster is beautiful with the names in multicolor.

The mug was fine. Nothing spectacular. May have been my color choice.

I bought this mug for a coworker using words that reminded me of her. I wish I had picked the darker letters. The wording is way too faint. Looks like it had been washed many times over. I did like everything else about it. It could have been perfect. Disappointed

Print is to light and would be much better in all BOLD print....some names are very hard to read!! And would be nice if printed with the names on both sides of the mug.

The mug itself is nice but I ordered two and choose pastel color for the spring and you could hardly see it so I'd go with a brighter/darker color

The actual Pattern on the Mug is Cute But the Writing is So light you can hardly Read it. I did Pick Pastel Colors But Very Light.

I like the 11oz. Size better - just did not reslize the new mug was bigger. But the order was as expected. Ni other complaints

Several years ago I order the same mug with my 6 grandchildren’s names. I was excited to order my new mug with my additional 2 grandbabies names.
The mug is smaller, the colors are washed out and several names you can hardly read because of the weird font used. Very, very disappointed.

I was excited about giving this mug to my mother for Mother's Day because it was to have all of the names of my mother's children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren on it. The photo of the mug showed the pastels as lovely, but when it arrived, the names were such a light pastel that I do not think that my mother will be able to read them. This is disappointing.

Disappointed cups too small

Three of the words are in cursive and could not be read at all.

I ordered this in Pink, with PASTEL writing....WRONG choice!! WAAAAAAY too light. So, I re ordered it with DARKER lettering.... waste of money on the Pastel!

The heart as printed on my mug was about 2/3 the size pictured on the product example. I could barely read the names with my reading glasses on, and one (about 10 letters long) was so condensed it was totally unreadable! (It might have been OK if the whole design were printed as large as shown in the product example. There's no way to tell in the order preview, as your design isn't shown on the mug for size.) I ordered a similar mug (Heart of Love Personalized Coffee Mug, 11oz, Item #9585-B) and the heart with names was half again larger - yet still a bit hard to read! Maybe it would work in black, but the multicolor pastels I chose for these don't show up very well. I don't recommend either mug. If you have to have it, I'd suggest names no longer than 6 characters, and a much bolder color than the rainbow pastels. I can't use either of these mugs for gifts as I planned. They're honestly that bad! (And expensive to return, too!)

Cup seemed to be nicely made, however, it was broken when I opened the box.

On the George mug, one imprint was not legible. PMC says because it was in capital letters. If that was the case someone should have indicated that to me. When proof was shown I did not see that as a problem.

I have ordered from this website before and loved the product, so I wanted to order again. This time I ordered a coffee mug and only typed the names I needed in once. However, once receiving the mug, one name appeared twice. Very unsatisfied to not get what I ordered.
