Smaller then I thought and a cheap plastic. A little disappointed with the quality for the price I paid.

I ordered this for my sons principal and I was a little sad when I received it. The etching is extremely light. It is hard to see the initial and writing. I am considering taping on a back ground to make the etching stand out. Other wise for the price it is a nice gift.

Its ok, I expected it to look more professional but the engraving looks scratchy...like i said its ok but it could be better

Engraving is very light and pen holder small. OK but not worth the cost. I ordered this for a Christmas present for my admin but I almost did not give it to her because it was really not impressive.

Very small can hardly see the personalizing on it.

I was not very impressed with this item. I am giving it as a gift and it is to late to reorder something else. It is hard to see the personalization and looks cheap.

I must admit this is my first product that I have ordered from you and have been totally disappointed with. The case itself is fine, however, the personalization at the bottom is extremely difficult to read. In fact, it is almost invisible and had to be pointed out. Not up to your usual high standards I'm afraid.

i ordered this product thinking it was glass it not it plastic and i want back and read the details and it said Acrylic i guess next time i will read the details a little better

I ordered three of these for my admin team for Admin's Day this week. The items came VERY quickly. However, I'm very disappointed in the quality of the item. Unfortunately, I didn't open them before gifting soooo...lesson learned there! Not only is there NO WHITE at all in the design (like all of the preview pictures provided), but the engraving makes all three of them look like they are scratched/cracked/broken. Not at all like the other pictures I've seen in the reviews. I've emailed the company in hopes that they'll make it right.

It's a nice product, but the bottom two lines of customized text are not centered. They are left aligned. I did not notice this on the preview.

I've bought similar items before and they were very nice, nice quality. This one, not so much.

The two lines at the bottom should be centered like the box above them.

it looked so nice on the website but not the real product. first of all, it is plastic not glass. I didn't know that. second,the size is kinda small. last, you can barely see the letters. I don't know if it's the color or other reasons, it looks completely different to the website photo. overall, disappointed, do not recommended.
