good quality, wish the engraving was a little darker

This product is a little underwhelming. It looks like it should be engraved, but the details look printed on and a little faded.

The heart is a very nice addition to my daughters garden. Yet, being in the garden and getting wet the wording on the stone washes away. My friend bought me my first memorial heart. And I have purchased 2 additional hearts in the last 5 years.

I love the stone, but the personalized part of the script is so tiny and decorative it is very hard to read.

Very light color of print. I worry the sun will fade it fast and it will be unable to read. The Stone was much thinner than I expected.

the product itself is nice! The personalization needs to be centered better. It's the heart.

Worried that it will fade over time. I thought it was actually engraved/etched into the stone. Not impressed with that on top of the price. Time will tell.. :/

The wings heart garden stone is pretty but I am anxious to see how it withstands time and weather it’s very thin and the writing looks like it won’t last.... wish it was a little higher quality!

I ordered this as a memory stone for our grandson, and I'm a little disappointed in the writing. I thought it would be etched, like other products I have bought, but this is just ink. How long before a few good rains wash it away? I'm afraid I won't be able to use it the way I intended.

Stone is very heavy and durable, had no problem ordering and received with express shipping on time. The personalized lettering however, seems to be a little light and hard to see. Worried that it may fade more over time. Bought this for my mother's grave site.

Received all five of the wings personalized memorial heart garden stone that I ordered for memorials. I sat them outside in dry shady area and lettering is already faded after 1 day. I love the look of these and I had gotten these for people that didn't have tombstones just to help remember the person

I do Like your offering, is why i ordered it; but I feel it could be improved by putting the Person's NAME in the Center & in LARGER Font.
Also, Why is it not possible for it to be "carved in Stone"

Name of loved one very small and hard to read

Love the purpose of this product, unfortunately due to the porous texture of the
surface the engraved lettering was not as pronounced as I had pictured/hoped.
Also I can't recall if there was a "choice" of script, but the lettering
was not as legible as with other products purchased. It remains to be seen if
the lettering will withstand outdoor garden weathers in Michigan....I'm pleased
with ALL OTHER items........."lesson learned here'. I will continue to shop and
buy from Personalization Mall...99% satisfied.

The name should if been bigger. Very small

No idea as it was NOT delivered to my door like UPS does, so now I have to go 42 miles round trip to retrieve it!! Soooooo disappointed. Ask me after I finally see it on Monday.
