I bought 3! By Shopper (Kindred, ND) - March 8, 2019 I bought 3 of these mugs, on one I wrote my own verse. My mom had a stroke several months ago and needs to be reminded to forget yesterday's issues. It's also the right size so she can easily manage her hot coffee with her L hand. I bought one for a family member who loves her coffee and the quote was perfect for her.

These are REALLY personalized! I bought two of these recently, and I absolutely love the amount of personalization that is available for them; choices of colors for the mug, choice of initial for the mug, personalized banner for the mug, and choice of a personalized message to have put on the mug! I will buy these again!

We were quite pleased with the quality of the product & design. Our friends loved them. I only wish we could've gotten a heavier-weight ceramic, like stoneware, perhaps. I'm afraid these mugs will break easily.

 Would be nice if it looked goodThe mug is nice and the style is nice, however the image is messed up close to the handle and looks awful. I've sent 2 emails to try and get a replacement it have not heard anything. Since this is a sentimental gift for my son at Christmas, I'm disappointed it will be damaged.

writing too small this cup is well made, up to the usual high standards of personalizationmall.com. however the writing on the back of the mug is almost too small to read.

 Something is OffMy favorite mugs are the ones I got from this company, and so I ordered again to give to my favorite people this year. Unfortunately, I do not feel like giving it to them. The quality is missing, the coloring is off, the mug looks cheap, the writings are not brighter as before. I am glad I only ordered 3, but I am disappointed that the quality is not as good as before.

Disappointed I sent this as a gift, and the way it was packaged and invoiced revealed everything to the recipient, so the surprise was ruined. It did come quickly, which is why I gave it two stars instead of one.
