Nice Item for the price points and I was in a hurry to send this, as it was a gift. It arrived quickly, but the color of the lettering is not uniform and certainly could have been darker. That made it look poorly made. It served the purpose but would not order again.

Quality of the personalization poor. Hard to read. Company blame it on wood which they said they can't control. Made in China. Would not reorder. No offer of refund. Tough luck!

I was disappointed in how light the engraving was. The engraving blended into the wood it was difficult to see the name clearly.

Not impressed with this cutting board . The monogram was cut into the board but the stain did not get into the area that was cut. The words were difficult to read. I actually ordered two. One was better than the other. Would not order again .

The finished product was very light and not as dark as the picture showed. Couldn't barely read the name. Very disappointed.

The personalization was significantly lighter in the upper section of the name. Vendor says it is due to the wood grain but every sample on the website had a more consistent coloring. I was not happy with the product personalization at all
