No complaints about the quality of the cutting board itself, but the engraving was an issue with my order. It most definitely did not turn out as pictured. It is very faint. The monogram in the middle is fine but everything underneath is very light and the inscription under the name itself is almost illegible. I did call PersonalizatioMall immediately and another was sent out right away. Unfortunately, it arrived just the same. It could be that bamboo does not take to inscribing as well as other woods. Either way, neither of the cutting boards I received looked as advertised.
