Beautiful Wedding Flutes I ordered these flutes and anticipated getting them much later than I actually did. I was so incredibly surprised at the promptness in which they were made and sent to me. Beautifully customized and super fast turn around! I was so pleased to find a company that could customized wedding champagne glasses and get them to me the same week. Very impressed with the service and how stylish these glasses were. Also was happy that they had options for same sex couples many of the sites I visited before finding this one only offered Mr and Mrs or groom and bride. These were ordered on Friday and available for pick up on Monday at the warehouse.

The etching was very well done and the quality of the glass was excellent. The note they included was nice and noticeable in the packing, often times the gift note is non existent or written so small and included with other writing on the invoice that its not noticeable. I would definitely recommend these flutes.

Great Shower Gift & Company! I purchased these from Florida, had them delivered to Texas for my daughter’s shower. The glasses are elegant and modern and were beautifully inscribed. I highly recommend. When she opened the box, the bride flute was broken at the top. I sent an email to the company, they responded same day asking for pics. I sent them, they reviewed and said they would replace it. I asked a favor to ship to Cali where my daughter lives, they did that no problem. They actually replaced both glasses, she received them, all perfect. What a great company to efficiently handle the problem and exceed my expectation by mailing to yet another address. I sell online, and will remember this great customer service when dealing with my own customers. Buy from them!!

Beautiful Flute Set My first flute set for my son and his wife had a small flaw in the glass. Customer Service was great and after submitting a photo of the flaw, they sent me a new set in a timely manner that was perfect and just beautiful.
