Read Dimensions Closely By Shopper  (Boston, MA) - April 3, 2021 The product quality is as expected. It’s my fault for not reading the dimensions closely. For something you want to place out on a table at the party or such, it’s too small to have any presence. Just a bit bigger than an iPhonePlus.

Didn’t like It’s smaller than what expected, cheap made. Don’t replace a nice card with this item. My daughter might like for a keepsake of her 45th birthday.

It was MY mistake but HELP would've been nice! By Shopper (Alexandria, VA) - January 10, 2017 I order from this company all the time and I just love all their products. Whenever I give a personalized gift to my family and friends they rave about it for days. I like the personal touch and they always feel I put a lot of thought, time and energy into the gift. The prices are super and the quality of the merchandise is excellent. When I ordered this particular item, I put the year 1957 but due to my vision problem, I put 50th instead of 60th. It would've been nice if someone from the company had done the math and contacted me to make sure. However, they didn't and the gift was sent with the wrong birthday number. While I did "confirm" the order prior to send, it was pretty obvious I hit the wrong key considering the year was 1957. I was very disappointed and it had to be re-ordered and will be received LATE. Meanwhile, to the company's credit, they did offer me the 2nd gift for half off the regular price. I will continue shopper from them because I LOVE the products and the price, I'll just triple check orders now :)

 Disappointed I was surprised at how small the cards was. It’s nice but needs to be larger. I also paid $4.99 for a box for this item but I did not recline.

UNACCEPTABLE This item is far below my expectation for a memorable gift to give for a mile stone birthday !!!!!! Poor quality of material used for this item. The font used for her NAME is difficult for her to read. Font should be more generic. The size of this wood postcard is extremely small for the amount of content presented.
I am requesting a refund and return of this item.

Too small !!! The product detail was excellent but the size was too small. It look much bigger on the web page. I thought it would be large enough to put up on the mantle. It turned out to to be the size of a coaster.

A major disappointment By Shopper (Fulton, MD) - February 17, 2017 I have been a customer of Personalization Mall for many years. Always very happy with the products, and customer service has always been wonderful. However this last purchase of the wood postcard is truly the most disappointing purchase I have made. It is so cheap looking and cheap feeling. I can not believe they are selling this. It's my Aunts special birthday and I really am embaressed to give it to her. I will have to buy something else to replace this. Do not waste your money. You will be so mad that you did.
