It was easy to order online, although I wish there was an easy / user friendly way to save the order to re-order it again. I was happy with the product. The only disappointing issue was that I paid $38.00 to expedite shipping before Christmas, and the product arrived on December 26. The company refunded shipping cost, but I had to wait 40 minutes over the phone. To summarize, the product is amazing and beautiful, but the high cost of shipping and delays in shipping did concern me.
