The pillow was a gift, so I did not see it before it was received. She sent me a pic. Well...I love the pillow...I thought it was suppose to be "baby blue". I've gotten things from you before, love the site and products. I was surprised when I saw the pic. Just sayin'. I tried to post my pic of my pillow order, but I guess you can only post one pic.

the art came out nicely. mostly just disappointed with the size, the pillow is a lot flatter than i thought it would be. normally pillows expand after you unpackage them, this one only did a little. they should cost less if this is how they turn out, not worth 30+ dollars in my opinion :\

I had a very hard time to find a picture to fit on the pillow , the pictures I did have to use looked stretched on the finish product

HAd a pillow with picture. Picture turned out awful. Not completely P malls fault, but it was tough to see how bad it was going to turn out when I was reviewing the order.

The material the pillow is made of feels like sandpaper. Its pretty ugly too.

This pillow was suppose to be 14”. I ordered 2 and both of them are smaller than what it says. I called to get them fixed but you have to pay for shipping to send anything back and they do not offer refunds for something personalized. I asked to speak with a supervisor several times and even left them messages, they never returned my call. They do not care about satisfaction. I will not be giving these pillows for Christmas they are embarrassing.
