Such a heartfelt creation! My mother past away last year just days before Christmas. My son was extremely close to her, so I wanted to create something special to remember her by each Christmas. I had a picture of my mom and son on this ornament with the word "Granny" and the year she was born and died. It meant so much to him, but even more so I think to me. What a great way to remember a loved one, and such amazing quality!

Memorial Ornament By Shopper (Pierce, NE) - December 5, 2023 It turned out very nice. I worked really hard to make sure the picture was low enough that the person's face did not fade off the ornament. The proof looked great but I was a little disappointed in the position of the photo when it arrived. The person's sunglasses were fading in the picture when it was placed on the ornament. Wish I would have had more room with sky at the top of the ornament. The ornament with the couple and the horse turned out great!

Lovely Gift Idea I purchased this item for a relative who recently lost her brother and her reaction to the ornament was priceless. Also I had to order this just days before Christmas and it arrived on time and as aspected.

Good quality I believe the ornament is made very well, my only problem was editing the picture to fit. The lettering is covering up the lower part of the face. I proofed the image before ordering but just could never get it right.

Memory Love it except I wish they would not have made the name (in my case Dad, Pap, Ted) so big. It covers the picture. These are Christmas gifts and no time to have them remake or I would have called to have them reprint in a smaller size font. Other than that great quality, great weight to the ornament.

Beautiful This product was beautiful however can’t give it 5 stars as working with personalization mall has been a nightmare to try to do a return. Ordered 3 products and 2 of them were cheap looking and blurry. This was the only one that came out good. They have NO quality control otherwise I would have never received those 2 ornaments that looked like a 5 year old put it together. They make you email them a picture & then never approve it. Terrible customer service.

Nice ornament! Ornament is very nice and at a great price! I was a bit disappointed that the print was a bit darker than i thought it would be. The little hanger for the ornament was missing for one of them, but after contacting the company one was sent out the following week. Thanks.

Not centered Looks good except the photo was not centered on the ornament. The photo is to the left mostly.

Quality of item By Shopper (shelbyville, KY) - December 7, 2016 The ornament was very reasonably priced for the quality of it. The picture and writing were done nicely too. The only thing that was disappointing was that the picture was centered to where one person in the picture was run over by wording. Since it is a memorial ornament I don't feel I can give it to the person as the gift I wanted it to be. I did preview beforeI ordered but it showed the picture with writing over it more clear than it turned out on the actual ornament. Even the picture of it attached to this shows the picture of the person clearly but the ornament I have does not. You can barely tell there is even a person under the writing. But again, the quality of the ornament was good.

 Bland ornamentI was disappointed with this ornament that I chose to remember our great granddaughter who recently passed away. The quality is not what I expected. It is very bland and the photo is not a good quality. I do not recommend this particular ornament.

Low Quality Print When I reviewed my order prior to placing the order, the print was very clear and high quality. When I received the order very low quality print, cannot recognize the faces on the photo. I contacted Personalization Mall and the item has been replaced and the quality is so bad you cannot recognize the faces. Not a good item.

 Not goodBy Shopper (Thibodaux, LA) - December 13, 2016 I ordered three of these and they are not what I expected. they are small. The picture is too blown up you can't see the persons face in the writing is right on the face not happy at all
