I like to go to their social media accounts and use photos that are meaningful to each person. I order the wire hanger along with each one so that they can display the ornaments all year long should they choose to do so. The quality continues to surpass my expectations.

Nice Keepsakes Order two different ornaments for my children and they came in a timely fashion and look nice. Next time I will not order the matte finish....looked a little faded. I have ordered stockings and ornaments before and have been very satisfied.

Love at Christmas The ornament I ordered was a part of an engagement/Christmas gift. The stone itself is beautiful. My only negative would be it didn’t come with a ribbon or string string to hang it with. That would have been the icing on the cake for a 5 star review

Wanderlust I made my parents a Wanderlust theme ornament using photos from their trip to Italy and a cruise. The cruise photo came out spectacular. The opposite side had a view of the homes on the side of the mountain and the ocean, that photo lost some color. Overall, it was pretty nice.

Love it Picture looks great on frame, quality comes out exactly how the picture is. Just remember to not have too much sun or glare in your picture because that will definitely show.

Even the picture taken by the professional photographer was a little blurry. Not sure if this is the style or not but I wish I was clearer.

It took a lot of cropping and adjusting to get most of the picture to fit. Ornament would really work if it was 1/2" larger.

pleased I ordered several of these ornaments made with professional pictures from my brothers wedding. I gave them as gifts to my family. The double sided personalization was great for their names and wedding date and they have a slightly bigger surface area compared to round photo ornaments. Although I wasn't as crazy for the "heart shape"- it worked out perfectly!
I have been ordering photo ornaments from this company for years, they are truly a quality item! This year one of my ornaments broke in the mail (for the first time!), I called customer service and they were able to replace it for free. They could not have been more helpful!
This ornament is perfect for weddings, couples, engagements, etc. Enjoy!

Great Item, Slight Problem By Shopper (Nashville, TN) - January 7, 2021 I ordered several ornaments for this Christmas...all were beautifully done except for one.
One of my 2-sided ornaments was great on one-side but the second side it was like they ran out of the white ink or stretched it too far so that the inscription was difficult to read.
Again, I repeat the one-side was beautifully done. THANK YOU customer service and image department for handling the re-make in such a professional manner as this was a special gift for a dear person who lost their relative due to covid-19.
Personalization Mall's handling of orders (even in the midst of a pandemic) is exceptional and GREATLY appreciated!!!

Photo Ornament By Shopper (Edwardsville , IL) - November 30, 2020 I chose the heart shape because I could not make the picture work on a round ornament without the hole for the string being in the head of the subject. On the heart ornament it appeared when I order that the loop for the string was above the picture & therefore would not distort it but when it arrived the hole is in the hair of the person. On back a bit of the eagles wing is cut off. Basically The picture of the ordered product in line & the product itself do not look the same.

Ask for correction It came out almost perfect but 1 number was wrong. I asked if I can get it redone but was told I had to just buy it again so I kept it with the wrong date. I wish I could get the correction

Christmas Ornament Photo a Cloudy memory We have been very pleased with several items ordered from Personalization mall. However, the 2-sided heart photo ornament we ordered is not up to par. The photos of our son and bride on this ornament are lower contrast and not as bright or sharp as the preview showed. They look somewhat 'vintage.' We are disappointed but will hang it on our tree anyway to remember the day. Not sure we'd order a photo item again, though, with this experience.

Low Resolution I uploaded a high resolution image. Since this product has text overlaid, it reduced the quality of the image by ALOT. I would not recommend.

Not like what was said on website By Shopper (Ballwin, MO) - December 5, 2020 I ordered the glossy ornament and definitely not glossy at all. Actually it was anything but glosdy. I have not been happy with anything.
