great experience I purchased this item as a Christmas gift, so it has not made it to its intended recipient yet, however it was an easy shopping experience on the website. It was very easy to find my way around the site and find what I was looking for. It also did not take very long for the order to be processed, shipped, and on its way to my house. Star of the Bridal Brunch I ordered this ornament for my daughter's bridal brunch in which guests brought Christmas ornaments for the newlywed's first tree. I received my order quickly. The quality of the ornament was excellent. The photo was so pretty and the front and back of the ornament were very smooth. A silver ribbon-type material was provided to use for hanging. The ornament came in a lovely black velvet bag; I did pay for the gift boxing so not sure if that is the standard packaging. When Katie opened my gift, there were so many "ooh's" and "ahh's"; everyone commented on how beautiful the ornament was and asked where I purchased it. I researched several companies before placing my order. I won't hesitate to order from Personalizationmall.com again. I was very pleased with the quality and beauty of the ornament I received.
