Item quality is not up to par. Wood area is not finely finished and I did not expect the paper insert at all. Thought it was better quality and more substantial material.

I received the shadow box and the bottom latch was loose, so I went to tighten it, but could not because the drill hole was stripped. Looked cheap and the picture keeps slipping through the slit. I was disappointed with this purchase
