This blanket is cozy and the photo looks great. Most impressed though, by the incredible customer service received. When I got the first blanket, there was an issue with a couple lines through my dad's face- I tried washing/drying, but the image was still distorted. I called and promptly spoke with a kind gal who gave me the email for customer service for this sort of problem- I easily sent a photo with the order number, and wrote in the email to please expedite this as it was a gift. I had an email response within a couple hours, and a new blanket in the mail within two days! Very pleased-- and the 2nd blanket was perfect.

I didn't do much for Christmas but bought this for my son, DIL, & grandson. They loved it. So did I. Very good work. A quality blanket.

Recently ordered a blanket with my friends German shepherds on them. Her male shepherd passed away last month and wanted to get her something with him on it. The site was super easy to navigate and easy to customize. The blanket was delivered within 1-2 weeks of ordering and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

I ordered a total of 4 blankets originally then ordered an additional one after receiving the first order. The quality of the picture prints on the blankets is incredible, the details shown on the blankets are so crisp and clear, the colors bright and vibrant. And they are so soft. My grandson said it was his favorite gift he has ever received and snuggles with it often. I highly recommend these blankets.

Absolutely love the blanket. It is perfect for what is needed. My daughter needed something to travel with for All-Star cheer and this works out to be amazing. The price was right and the quality is top-notch.

My daughters teacher is retiring this year and we wanted to do something special for her so we had each kid draw their favorite memory with her and wanted to make it into a blanket. I was unsure of how to put the drawings together in a format that would be small enough to upload. I called and the person I spoke with recommended this item instead of the "design your own" blanket.

Whenever I uploaded the artwork it would chop off a significant amount of the image. There is a disclaimer that says what you see is what you get...there are no adjustments made once the order is placed. Three phone calls and a chat later I was finally told that there must be a problem with the item as he was having the same trouble I did when they uploaded an image. When I asked what the solution was I was told to try to order again in 3-4 days since they'd put in a request for the item to be reviewed.

I didn't have 3-4 days. It took me a whole day of futzing around and trying to guess the size (used recommended size but there was no resolution attached anywhere and none of the 4 people I spoke with had the answer). I was fully expecting it arrive and be blurry or something chopped off... To my shock and delight it's perfect! Can't wait to give it to her!

It's a warm blanket. it's cool you can put an Image on it. I use it to get warm and it's a good quality image.

The reason for the "usable" in the title is because many photo things you order really are more for show. This blanket is super soft, like fluffy velvet. I haven't washed it yet so can't attest to how it will hold up when washed. Would definitely order more.

I ordered a blanket for my brother for Christmas with my mom's photo on it. It is beautiful. I almost cried when I opened it because the picture was exactly what I submitted. The material feels cozy, but it's very lightweight. Definitely looking to order one for myself soon.
