I ordered 3 custom placemats as Christmas presents for children. The items arrived within the expected timeframe, and were packaged very well. Each placemat was in a cardboard envelope, and all were placed in a box with packing paper to ensure delivery without damage. The items have great color, and lettering, and the laminate is thick. Product turned out exactly how it was planned. Unfortunately, the site was very difficult to manipulate. I had to settle for less than I planned.
