I purchased and created several personalized mugs for my team that included specific quotes, favorite sports team or school colors, hashtagsof things they love to do, etc. and they were a HUGE hit. I have one myself and love the craftsmanship, and the cookies were delicious too.

Ordered 8 personalized mugs for Christmas gifts. 3 of 8 had printing issues. I called customer service. They had me send photo's of problem. They immediately reprinted and express sent new mugs. I had them for Christmas! Very nice customer service people, as well as efficient. Will definitely use them for more purchases.
