The dog tag I ordered was of good quality and the printing was dark and legible. The only thing I would do differently would be to order the bone shaped tag because the heart shape has a point at the end and I have a small breed dog. Highly recommend the product but a different shape.

Looks good on my dog. Seems like solid quality. They managed to fit a lot of information on there, which is nice.

Just the right size for your dog without being intrusive. The print is easy to read. I just wish the hook was a clip-on to be able to move from one collar to another.

This tag is perfect for our new pup. The personalization options really make the product an awesome value. The tag came exactly as ordered. I feel that our pup is finally wearing enough info on his collar. Of course, make sure you have a good pair of pliers to pinch together the ends of the metal closure that comes with the tag. The tag is a bit thin, so there really can't be a gap between the two ends of the closure. Love the tag!

We ordered personalized dog tag and it came as expected.

Good product. Good price. Not enough field space in address line. Need at least 3-4 more.

The item came as described - so no issues with that at all. The only reason I didn’t rate it 5 stars is that the text is not etched into the tag as I have always had in the past. I guess that is just my incorrect expectation since nowhere in the description does it state that the text will be etched. Only concern here is durability.

The print is exactly what I wanted. The tag itself is a little thinner than I expected but it's okay since I have a little furbaby whose adult weight will only be about 18 lbs.

The dog tag was fine but came with nothing to clip it onto the color.

Ordered this tag for my cat. Was a bit disappointed. Larger than I expected. This tag is great for a dog, but too large for cats. I know my kitty would be bothered with this tag hanging from his neck. Should of paid more attention to the measurements.

A lot smaller than I expected, printing a little blurry

I wish I could give this product a fair review, but unfortunately, I haven't received it. It was scheduled for delivery on 12/27/18, but as of today, 1/2/19, I have yet to receive it. I'm pretty disappointed.

For being almost $18.00 (after shipping), I would have liked this product to be a bit higher quality. The tag is still cute, but I was thinking the personalization was going to be etched into the tag, but the whole thing is just printed (I think the color - I got green - might just be printed as well). Because it's printed, it looks a little fuzzy. If the tag was a little heavier duty and the words were etched instead of printed, I would rate it much higher.

The color and size was what I ordered. However it said in the product summary that the font size would be adjusted to the tag. I only had a name put on it. When I received this tag the front was very small like the preorder picture. The font was not adjusted as I thought. When I called I was told the font could not be adjusted on this tag. If it appeared like the preview they could not replace it. Very disappointed.
