Bear ornament Really cute ornament. I would have bought more for the other family members but due to the restrictions on the amount of letters in the names I could not.

Great customer service The first one came in with a cracked ear but was quickly replaced with two day shipping at no cost. The only thing I didn’t like was how expensive shipping was. It cost almost double the ornament.

Looks cute, but slightly off The overall ornament is extremely cute. However, some of the names were off-center on the signs the bears are holding.

Beautiful but has a defect This is a beautiful ornament. Nice weight to it. Beautiful vibrant color. My only complaint is the little bear nose color was chipping off.

Cute Quick delivery. All was good with this ornament. The only reason not a 5 is it looks like the names are stamped on. But the are all on and visible.

One of the holes to hold the screw is too big so it falls out. Might try to glue it unless I can get another?? Just not sure it's worth the hassle to try and return.

Holiday bears This ornament is beautifully made ! I had a problem with the lettering being off, but they fixed it, no problem. Excellent communication and service ! It's made well and is very sturdy, to last a long time ! I am very pleased and so was my son and his wife !

The only reason was it isn’t 5 stars is because it’s a little smaller than an average ornament, so I would have liked it just a little bigger. It isn’t the smallest so it’s okay to deal with! Cute Bears I do like this ornament a lot however, the printing on the banner is so light you can barely read it. I'm sure my son's family will love the cute bears with their names on it.

Yearly ornament The ornament itself is very nice and different from most I seen over the years. What I don’t like about it is that one of the names appears to be a bit off centered and slightly a smaller font than the rest. Not a deal breaker but a detail I can’t seem to stop looking at. Also, the writing on the log online is dark and vivid but the one on the ornament is grayish and looks faded. Other than that, overall it’s a nice ornament.

Cute product this is a very cute ornament, and was a perfect gift to give. The only problem with it was that the engravings were somewhat crooked. It isn't a big deal it still was cute, but it would have been nice if it was straighter especially since it was a gift. Overall though I would buy it again.
