It was exactly how it’s shown in the picture! The only reason was it isn’t 5 stars is because it’s a little smaller than an average ornament, so I would have liked it just a little bigger. It isn’t the smallest so it’s okay to deal with! My mom and siblings loved it, and so do I! Most definitely ordered more!

I do like this ornament a lot however, the printing on the banner is so light you can barely read it. I'm sure my son's family will love the cute bears with their names on it.

The ornament itself is very nice and different from most I seen over the years. What I don’t like about it is that one of the names appears to be a bit off centered and slightly a smaller font than the rest. Not a deal breaker but a detail I can’t seem to stop looking at. Also, the writing on the log online is dark and vivid but the one on the ornament is grayish and looks faded. Other than that, overall it’s a nice ornament.

Was a little disappointed that some of the names were engraved crooked...but my daughter loved it!

Would have received 5 stars if the family name was in black as it seems to be in the photo instead of the less vibrant green color.

this is a very cute ornament, and was a perfect gift to give. The only problem with it was that the engravings were somewhat crooked. It isn't a big deal it still was cute, but it would have been nice if it was straighter especially since it was a gift. Overall though I would buy it again.

I purchased the 5 names bear ornament to give my fiancé as a Christmas present. It’s a little smaller than I thought it would be but it’s so well made, sturdy, cute looking and good quality. I’m a regular on this site abc I have never been disappointed with my personalized gifts. I’ll recommend this to everyone I know. Best gifts we can get someone we love.

Super cute but unfortunately came broken

Was very happy with the look of this ornament. Downfall ear was broken off one of the bears had to glue it back on.

We received our first ornament broken and they were very quick to send a replacement. The ornament was beautiful

We liked this because it was a little "Different" than what we've seen in the past few years. However, PLEASE think about reducing the font size so you can include longer names! Christopher is pretty common, yet we can never personalize correctly.

I absolutely loved this product! The bears seem to be a dark olive green instead of black however. If they were black, it would be 5 stars!

Love our family ornament. It is very cute and a perfect size. The words printed out nicely and the bears are very cute.

The ornament I ordered as a gift for my sister came out perfect... only issue was that one of the bears heads was broken off (I suggest better packaging to protect the ornaments) my sister was able to superglue it together and it looks just fine though... overall a super cute gift idea and the delivery was super fast. THANK YOU.

It was cute but one of the letters of the names was not centered in the bear and last letter can’t be seen.

Would have been nice to have a bear that had a feminine touch. Still it is made very nice.

It’s cute but it’s driving me insane they did not center the names. And they’re not all in the same start place. Lacking quality control.

The ornament is cute and names are spelled correctly, but they are all off centered.

My only complaint is that one of the monogrammed names was off-center and hard to read.

The quality is good but the personalization was smeared and had the wrong spelling of my name. I am trying to return for another because i do like the quality. We'll see.

This is a high quality, super cute ornament. I was so disappointed though in the result of the personalization... the company chose to use a light grey color on the brown banner (family name/year) and you can barely see it. Im very disappointed in the color choice for the font... it needs to be a light color to be seen. It was more prominently seen in the preview photo
