It is a super cute ornament- unfortunately one of the bears ear was broken! I s ended up just gluing it, because I didn’t have time to wait on a new one!!!

Ornament is very cute but it's driving me nuts that the names of my kids are not centered

Everything arrived in a timely fashion and correct.

I wanted to recognize a family of 3 which will soon be a family of 4 due to shortly after Xmas, a new baby boy will join their family. This ornament fit the bill. There were other cuter ornaments but this one fit the circumstances better.

Very cute ornament. They should print the names in a brighter color to dark to read. And one of our names was up to high. But the ornament is very cute nicely made.

I always order my Christmas ornaments from Personalization Mall, and this time, on my daughters name, that has 9 characters, the letters were so close together that it looks a mess, but al others are fine. I have not had many issues with her name before, but on this one, it is not that legible, and I know if I call, they will only repeat the order, and Ill get a duplicate that looks the same. So needless to say, I have an ornament that needs to be deciphered when looked at by someone that does not know her name. and the proof look very legible might I add... The ornament is cute none the less!

It is very cute and the individual names are great but you can barely read the family name.

I ordered 3 of theses ornaments for my kids/families. The other 2 were okay, but this one was a disappointment. The lettering for the names was all Crooked. There wasn't the to return or reorder, so it will have to do.

The ornament itself is really cute but most of the names that they put on are completely crooked! Super disappointed.

Poor craftsmanship. The personalization looks very computerized and does not look the same as it does in the photo. I will not be buying an ornament from them again!

The letters were misaligned and just awful. I’m surprised they allowed this to ship out. The names were crooked and you could clearly tell they were off.
