We order our family ornament from PMall every year. This year our ornament arrived broken during delivery. I sent an email and picture of it to PMall and they replaced it right away with no charge.

The ornament came broken so I called customer service. They very quickly promised to send another, checked for accuracy of personalization, and overnight shipped it to the recipient since they had already left our home. The quality is very good and super cute for my bear lovers!

Product came broken and they immediately sent out a new one. Got it in two days.

I ordered several ornaments this year and some came cracked and broken but i was able to glue the piece back. They came with bubblrwrap and in a nice case BUT packaged in a plastic envelope. you need to send in a box
