I absolutely love my new ornament but when I received it on one side the rope to hang it up was out of the head of one of the bears and I have to try to fix it. I love the ornament I get a new one yearly and this is the first time this has happened

I love the resin ornaments from Personalization Mall. This one was no exception. Very cute in person. Heavy and substantial. Names are not smeared. Bonus it comes with the ribbon for hanging. Good size ornament as well. I'm giving it as a gift and I love the quality of the gift bags the ornaments arrive in. Will buy again.
