I did not know what to expect when I ordered this for my daughter and her family. When I received it, I was very pleasantly surprised at how well done the ornament is. My granddaughter has an Irish first name and I was able to have it imprinted on the ornament with the exact spelling. The print quality is amazing and the ornament is pretty close to perfect. Shipping was very timely and I have already placed another order for another product. I will be using this company again for personalized gifts.
