My grandson absolutely loves this…I bought an extra bag of snowballs to insure tons of fun. Unfortunately, more than half the balls are coming apart and need to be sown back together…such a shame.

I sent this to my sister in Atlanta because they usually just get a dusting of snow. I order 1 pack of snowballs (not included) when she sent me a picture I was disappointed because you need 2 or 3 packs of snowballs to fill the bucket. I had to order another pack of snowballs to send her so it looked a little better. Probably best to order 3 packs of snowballs.

Disappointed in the size the picture is deceiving. You will need 2 bags to fill the bucket. Wish I k ew that when I ordered it now I do nothing have time to get a second bag ordered and delivered.

For $20, I was expecting it to come with what the picture shows. It literally was just the bucket.

When received the bucket was misshapen due to packing in too small of box! Luckily I was able to bend back but I worry about paint cracking. Now I have to buy bigger box to ship this at Christmas time. Disappointed

Great idea. Snowball fights are fun. Had to buy the snowballs elsewhere. Should be sold as sets.

Nice product however don't forget to include the snowballs with your order. They are sold separately.

The bucket is cute, but the picture is deceiving because it didn’t come with the snowballs! I should have read the description more carefully. Had to buy the snowballs from Amazon to get here on time to give my gift... but ten snowballs only fills it up half way. Be sure to buy enough to have a fun snowball fight.

I ordered two of these buckets. They are so darling! Ordered a bag of extra snowballs. When they came, stupid here thought each bucket came with snowballs cause that’s what I saw in picture. Saw that snowballs did not come with. No problem, I said! I’ll order some! They are out of snowballs! No problem I said. I order from Amazon. Well the snowballs came today, from China! Everything is smaller in China. Sized for a 2 month olds baby hand. Soooooooo disappointed!!!

These are a really cute idea, so I bought several for my kids & some friends kids. I was surprised the personalization is not painted on, rather they are just stickers. Had I known that, I would have bought some buckets at the dollar store and made my own stickers. Also, many stickers were placed on crooked. I don’t think the recipients will notice, but I sure do. The snowballs (sold separately) are cute and as expected.

Ran across this when purchasing another item and decided to purchase it as well. The tag was printed properly and bucket was received in a timely manner. The printed tag on the bucket was super cute and a fun idea. Bummer that you had to read the fine print at the bottom of the page to find out that the snowballs were not included with the bucket! I was pretty disappointed with the end product because it did not meet my expectations. Personalization mall could do a better job of being 100% forthcoming with their advertised product. It is likely that I would have done this myself at home for a lower cost had I realized that I was only receiving a cute empty bucket.

I love the idea with personalized bucket w/snowballs. I did not read details. I thought snowballs were included.To my surprise 4 days before Christmas I was in search of snowball's, eeek

The picture is deceiving you require 2 snow ball bags to get that display, why can't sellers be honest let shoppers decide, now we have to purchase another order and pay additional shipping!!!

I was not aware that the bucket would be so thin. It was bent when it arrived. And it is just a paper printed sticker, and it was stuck on the bucket crooked. Definitely not worth the money plus shipping.

I was very disappointed. Poor quality. Plus I should have read the full description, the snowballs are sold separately and are on back order until February.

I was so excited to receive this bucket. Unfortunately, I thought the snowballs were included based on how it is pictured, and of course the snowballs are back ordered until the spring. The most disappointing part, however, is the personalization. I received my bucket today and the personalization decal is filled with air bubbles and wrinkles. Looks like it was slapped on in a hurry.

Bucket is a nice size. Should have been stated better that snowballs were not included. Also the message seemed like just a sticker in front. Not what I expected. Previous items bought from this company were nice. Would not recommend this item for the price

This is ONLY the bucket; no snowballs are included. Also, when it asks for the name you want, make sure you include the 's, or it will just say "Suzie Snowball Fight". Unfortunately I am now stuck with an empty bucket that has an incorrect text on it.

its just a sticker on a metal bucket, not exactly personalized.

The bucket is so cute but there were no snowballs! Not sure if I was supposed to order separately??? Sadly my nephew will not be as excited Christmas morning :/

Poor customer service. Not allowing honest review

Very misleading ... I got a bucket with no snowballs ... what good is that? There was a place to order balls but I assumed that was for extras. If you saw the above item for sale, would you not assume that the adorable snowballs came with it? I would and I did. What a bummer!

The buckets are cute but I would never have bought them if I knew they didn’t come with the play snowballs. I do not remember seeing anywhere that said snowballs not included. Very disappointed.

Received the bucket and all it is is a sticker slapped on it. The sticker is bubbled and not even put on smoothly. Will not be ordering again.
