I like the concept but it looks cheap

Everything looks fine on the pillow except it isn't full. It looks more like a heating pad than the picture that is shown.

I was happy with the pillow but the letter T used for Taylor looked like the letter J. This was a gift and everyone questioned it.

This is a bridal shower gift and it looks amazing! The material is very nice, almost too nice to use. I also bought a lg pillow and just as nice. You can't beat a personalized gift. Very happy customer. Also it was shipped alot sooner than expected.

Every order I’ve had from them has been excellent and arrived soon. Came just as I asked for it with all the spelling correct and packaged well. The only thing I wasn’t too happy with was the additional charge because they said it was a little bit bigger than ordinary. I waited a day or so to order after that and I received a 10% discount in an email which actually covered that cost so I felt better.
