Personalization was correct with no issues.
Quality was not as I had expected, that was the reason for the 4 star rating. I guess I didn't read details very well. Assumed it was all wood.

The frame and size are nice. It’s very pretty but the print, the names are slightly fuzzy. Like the edges are blurry when you look closely at it.

It’s cute.. I guess because of the variance in the number of letters in the names, some of the names are spaced differently

The sign wasn't attached in the frame.

I would give this 5 stars if the framing wasn't loose on the back (it's held in with those swiveling tabs like on a picture frame). I'd still give it 4.5 if it were an option, because the printing looks great and it's exactly as hoped/expected.

Love my personalized tree, but the whitewash has a big scratch in it. Looks like it happened when it was framed. I’m probably the only one who will notice it, but I’m disappointed that it came scratched.

I was happy with the picture but it does have a scratch thru the off-white paint that mars the beauty. Also names are a little fuzzy looking. Not crisp or clear as I’d hoped

The frame is very sturdy and the print looks great!

Got this gift for my mother and I think she'll love it. It didn't come with any glass piece or plastic covering the art. Other than that it looks decent.

Item is very cute overall, but the names are a little blurry.

Shipping was fast and product met my expectation!

I want to love this so much... But 5 names are the same size font, and 1 is smaller (very squished!). Everyone who sees it points out that the 2 names on the 5th line are different size fonts, and the second name is much smaller than all the others.

I wasn’t sure what the quality of this product would be and I was pleasantly surprised. It turned out really nice and I’m looking forward to giving this to my sister in law as a hostess gift on Christmas Eve??????

I ordered 2 of these for my daughters for Christmas. I wanted them to be able to enjoy them so I gave them to them on Thanksgiving. They loved them!! My grandson has a short first name so he’s at the top which made him very happy. I used their 4 first names and their last name at the bottom.

What a wonderful way to show off my grandchildren.
