Well made and beautiful art work. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is "granny & pop" is hard to see. Would suggest maybe use hunter green (or color of tree)instead of the lighter/snow color.

This made the perfect ornament for our tree. It turned out great!

I like that it is two sided to convey two areas. One that it is their first Christmas as grandparents and two a photo of their grandchild. The writing was legible and it was easy to order with no problems following directions.

This is a wonderful little keepsake to help mark the year you first become Grandparents. I wish the tree was a bit smaller though to accommodate larger names. No way you could add Grandmommy & Granddaddy. And if that is what you’re called, it won’t fit on this ornament. But overall, it’s a nice keepsake.

Bought this for our parents for their first Christmas as grandparents. The first ornament came in incorrect and customer service answered our complaint very quickly ,resolved the issue and had a new ornament to us in a week. Will most def buy more things in the future

The picture was very good, however, the lettering seemed much lighter than pictured on website.

I love the product but I got the smaller ornament and it’s hard to read the writing. I think if I would of got the bigger size it would of turned out perfect. The picture on the back looks great.

The ornament itself is very cute. However, the picture I sent to be put on the back was taken with a professional camera and on the ornament, it looks very blurry.

Was not impressed with the quality of the item

Again, I have gotten ornaments from here before and they turned out well. But this picture came out blotchy. Nothing like the actual image. Very disappointed.

I have numerous ornaments from this site, and I have been happy with the quality of what I received and the promptness of delivery. The company was also responsive when I received this ornament and indicated that the blue text of "Grandma" and "Grandpa" was not very crisp and a bit difficult to read. When I received the replacement, it was not much better, so I think it is the ink used on this ornament. I will continue to purchase from this site. I'm just not sure that this ornament meets its standard.
