Our son was killed in a plane crash in January 2018 and we wanted something for our Christmas tree, I saw this and knew it was what we were looking for. We got it in the mail quickly and the quality is top notch. I am looking forward to putting it on the tree.

I bought 6 ornaments for family members honoring my cousin who passed away. I wanted something a gift that would last longer than flowers and be useful. My family really liked them I bought express shipping and I got them in time for the memorial service .

I love my memorial ornament. Its beautiful. It arrived in a few days after I ordered it. It came in its own velvet drawstring bag. Its the perfect size to put on a 7-9 foot tree. Its not too heavy. I just love it.

First, I must mention how lovely this item is. My mom passed away this year and I purchased one for each of my five siblings and one for myself.They all love and cherish it. The saying was very fitting. The item shipped fast, and was great quality, as well. The only frustrating part was trying to adjust the photo on my iPad. Once I chatted with a person from the company, they said a laptop or desktop would work best and they were correct. The process went smoothly from there. I will treasure this keepsake forever, as my mom was very fond of Christmas, and it is nice to see her smiling down at me from my tree. Thank you so much!

We bought two angel wing ornaments for a friend and her daughter who lost a loved one suddenly.The picture engraved on the back of the wing came out much nicer, than I had expected. It was much more detailed. We are very pleased and the persons receiving the gift was pleasantly surprised, they will enjoy it years to come.

I felt that the quality of the gift was outstanding and will serve as a loving reminder of my lost love one.

The two sided wing ornament looked just the way that I wanted. The picture that I uploaded looked great. I ordered them for nine different family members and eight of them arrived in less than a week with normal shipping. My family members love the ornament. My only complaint was that I wish I was able to order all nine at one time and then been able to ship them to different addresses. The shipping ate me up and it was time consuming to keep ordering over and over. The next time I will make one order to come to my house and then I will ship them to my family.

The hanging ornaments looked even better than I had hoped! I ordered eight two-sided hanging memorials in total. The quality of both sides on each of the eight was excellent. Judging by the craftsmanship of my order, I would highly recommend Personalized Mall.

Purchased this for my granddaughter’s son. She wasn’t sure if she should buy him an ornament each year since he passed away like she does for her other children. I ordered this and had it sent to her home. She absolutely loved it. No need to buy him a yearly ornament but to hang this beautiful ornament each year in his memory.
