Printing is small, my Dad had trouble reading - however we may have tried to put too many words on this small design.

I ordered this ornament for my siblings and myself, so my mother who passed could still be a part of our Christmas for years to come.
This ornament turned out beautiful. It also came in a very timely manner.
Thank you for bring my family together again for the holidays.

Item was a little smaller than expected, but it did turn out geeat. Wish the ribbon that comes with it was longer.

Beautiful ornament shipping is too expensive: Yes the ornament is beautiful. The picture came out great and it’s a great addition to our tree. But with the shipping being 50% of the cost that is just a little bit ridiculous.

I ordered 4 of these ornaments for family, in memory of my mom. They are quite lovely and I hope they bring warmth to my family for years to come. The 4 star vs 5 is due to the fact that 2 of the ornaments had smudges baked into to the gloss that can’t be wiped off.

The ornaments looked amazing and the people I got them for love them. The only negative thing I have to say was the gift box was very cheep looking and not worth $5.99. Should have been more like 0.99 cents. So for that reason I can only give it a 4 star.

This brought my grandma to tears, she immediately put it on her tree. She told me she will keep this out even past Xmas, she said she will hang it in her room.

Loved the ornament. It had a picture of my brother who passed in June and it’s become very sentimental to us. The only issue is that the picture and text are a little blurry which is unfortunate.

The ornament was perfect. I just loss my husband in Oct. It says everything I felt.

Overall, very happy with my double sided ornament. My best friend's grandpa passed away so I ordered 3 of these ornaments as gifts so they could remember their loved one. The ornaments we're very nice, the picture on the back i felt could have been clearer. You could definitely tell who it was but it was fuzzy, maybe from a variety of things. I was most impressed by the speed in fulfilling my order. I rush ordered these and as promised they arrived in 2 days, thank you!

This will be kept in our family for years to come. It’s clarity and craftsmanship is perfect.

Great ornament, will become very special ornament each year

My friend’s mom died before thanksgiving so I gave her this ornament. She loved it. The only thing I didn’t like was that the only picture I had couldn’t be moved so that the hole for the string didnt cover up part of the top of their heads.

Photo did not come out as clear as original. Others I purchased were crisp and clear- amazing! Ornaments quality outstanding, service and turn around impressive!

I bought this for a cousin who lost his dad. My cousin works with wood and I thought it would be appropriate for him. I was nervous about the quality, but it was beautiful.

This product turned out beautiful! The shadow box on the other hand, was terrible. The only offer they extended to me is 50% off if I bought another shadow/light box...

Was skeptical because I saw a lot of bad reviews for this website but the item I ordered came on time and looks great. As advertised. No complaints. I’ll be ordering from this site again

A little disappointed in the final outcome. It is a beautiful ornament, but the picture is more blown up than it appears when personalizing it online. And, one seems more blurry and faded than the other. But overall, happy with it.

A friend is facing this holiday season without her husband who passed in the Spring. This ornament is a perfect remembrance to still have her hubby around for the season.
As commented by other reviewers, the printing is a bit blurry but still readable and the name is almost running off the edge. But overall, the porcelain has a nice finish and the saying is on point. The ornament has a nice weight but not too heavy to hang on the tree.

We have just lost this special lady unexpectedly. This was a gift for her little grandchildren and my daughter. It is beautiful.

Perfect addition to my tree. Wish we could zoom out on the pictures we pick but overall it came out beautiful

I ordered 5 total. 4/5 were perfect. 1/5 had a manufacturing defect and on the picture side, there was a small nick you could feel, which made the picture appear to have a white spot on it. This spot fell on the edge of the lip, so it made it seem like he had food on his mouth in the pic. Have emailed to see if they can help.

I was very pleased with the majority of the workmanship but one of them was chipped where they put the hole in it for the ribbon to hang and I felt like they should have examined these a little bit better before shipping and I didn't have time to send it back

This is the first time I had ordered. I wished my dads and Mother n laws picture had been a little darker. It is not a dark as what it looks like when you order. I guess should have done the shinny instead the Matte or another picture. On my Mother n laws you can see a lot of smears. Her face and hair all blends together. I will still give one to my sister and one to my mom. Just a little disappointed. But since loosing my dad and mother n law, I am proud to still hang it on my tree!

Quality materials, fast shipping, extremely pleased with the ornament overall but feel it was a little pricey.

I'm very pleased with the outcome of this ornament. My only issue was that I had wanted to make 3 with different pictures, but the site is very finicky on sizes & overall clarity. I settled for one with a picture & 2 others (this was one) and all of them looked great. Overall, I'd still recommend b/c the ornaments looked very nice. My dad's wife & my sister will love them.

ornaments were beautiful. The ribbon was awful, wouldn't stay tied and no way would hold the ornament on a tree. but I use a heavy xmas hook on them. Wish I knew they would be buy one and one half price . received them in mail 2 day shipping and they go on sale same day I received them. I bought 5 of these.
