Precious Memories My friend’s mom died before thanksgiving so I gave her this ornament. She loved it. The only thing I didn’t like was that the only picture I had couldn’t be moved so that the hole for the string didnt cover up part of the top of their heads.

Memorial ornament Photo did not come out as clear as original. Others I purchased were crisp and clear- amazing! Ornaments quality outstanding, service and turn around impressive!

Exceeded expectations I bought this for a cousin who lost his dad. My cousin works with wood and I thought it would be appropriate for him. I was nervous about the quality, but it was beautiful.

It is a beautiful ornament, but the picture is more blown up than it appears when personalizing it online. And, one seems more blurry and faded than the other. But overall, happy with it.

As commented by other reviewers, the printing is a bit blurry but still readable and the name is almost running off the edge. But overall, the porcelain has a nice finish and the saying is on point. The ornament has a nice weight but not too heavy to hang on the tree.

A nice gift The website was very easy to use. Arrived in about 9 days. Packaged nicely. My only complaint is the writing on the ornament looks a little faded/smudged. Overall very satisfied!

Ornaments By Shopper (Kissimmee, FL) - December 16, 2018 I ordered 5 total. 4/5 were perfect. 1/5 had a manufacturing defect and on the picture side, there was a small nick you could feel, which made the picture appear to have a white spot on it. This spot fell on the edge of the lip, so it made it seem like he had food on his mouth in the pic. Have emailed to see if they can help.

Heart ornament I was very pleased with the majority of the workmanship but one of them was chipped where they put the hole in it for the ribbon to hang and I felt like they should have examined these a little bit better before shipping and I didn't have time to send it back

It is not a dark as what it looks like when you order. I guess should have done the shinny instead the Matte or another picture. On my Mother n laws you can see a lot of smears. Her face and hair all blends together. I will still give one to my sister and one to my mom. Just a little disappointed. But since loosing my dad and mother n law, I am proud to still hang it on my tree!

Looks great- super pleased I'm very pleased with the outcome of this ornament. My only issue was that I had wanted to make 3 with different pictures, but the site is very finicky on sizes & overall clarity. I settled for one with a picture & 2 others (this was one) and all of them looked great. Overall, I'd still recommend b/c the ornaments looked very nice. My dad's wife & my sister will love them.

The ribbon was awful, wouldn't stay tied and no way would hold the ornament on a tree. but I use a heavy xmas hook on them. Wish I knew they would be buy one and one half price . received them in mail 2 day shipping and they go on sale same day I received them. I bought 5 of these.

 Nice ornament I purchased the 4" double side matte ornament for a friend. Very pretty. The only thing I'm not happy about,there are marks on the top of one side. If I order this for myself, I wouldn't mind but it's a gift for a friend and looks dirty.

Nice item but printing not sharp This ornament is a great gift idea. The one I received is nice, but the lettering on the reverse side from the photo is not sharp and even looks a little blurry. If this part was improved, I would be 100% satisfied.

Personalized Christmas ornament with picture Absolutely beautiful!! Price of the item was wonderful. Price of shipping was insane. Í paid almost as much in shipping as I did for the ornament. I KNOW it doesn't cost that much to ship such a small item. I would not have purchased it if it wasn't such a special item. I got the cheapest shipping and it still took about 10 days to get there. I would have ordered so many more ornaments if shipping wasn't so ridiculous.

Heart personalized ornament By Shopper (HUNTINGTOWN, MD) - December 20, 2020 I received 4 ornaments and 1 was smudged in the lettering really bad on the ornament and hard to read. The first 2 were perfect, the 3rd started to smudge and the 4th very smudged and hard to read. The flowers on opposite did shift in placement from one to the next.
