I purchased this Ornament for my Christmas tree this year. Last year my husband and I lost our first son. It was a perfect addition to add a picture of him with a beautiful saying. The product is beautiful, the quality is amazing. However, the wording is a little bit blurry that is the only reason why I gave it 4 stars. Other than that, no other issues. Thank you!

Their ornaments are beautiful and I will definitely be ordering again. I would have given five stars if they would have centeted the photo better for me. It's very hard to do so when trying to make it on their website.

This is a nice memorial piece, which I will keep. I only gave 4 stars because 3.5 was not available— the draft shows an outline around the heart’s edge in red, the actual piece received did not have the outline, I believe this would have given it a more finished look & you wouldn’t notice the slightly blurry picture and writing. With all that said I still plan to gift the ornament to family in remembrance of their Dad.

The picture quality of my mom on the back of the ornament wasnt as good as i thought it would be. But it still made me cry cause its very beautifully made.

I paid extra for 2 day expedited shipping. I received the package 4 days later. They should not offer 2 day shipping if it is not available. The product is beautiful. The velvet pouch is very nice.

This was nice but It was really thin.It could’ve been a heavier ornament. I would’ve been able to like to have written more on the personalization then I was allowed to.

Loved it.Bought one for my Mom's tree and one for our. The only complaint I have is that they dont have the option of saying "our hearts." Would've liked for my family's ornament to say "our hearts." Honestly the only reason I knocked off a star.

Printing is small, my Dad had trouble reading - however we may have tried to put too many words on this small design.

I ordered this ornament for my siblings and myself, so my mother who passed could still be a part of our Christmas for years to come.

Beautiful ornament shipping is too expensive: Yes the ornament is beautiful. The picture came out great and it’s a great addition to our tree. But with the shipping being 50% of the cost that is just a little bit ridiculous.

I ordered 4 of these ornaments for family, in memory of my mom. They are quite lovely and I hope they bring warmth to my family for years to come. The 4 star vs 5 is due to the fact that 2 of the ornaments had smudges baked into to the gloss that can’t be wiped off.

The ornaments looked amazing and the people I got them for love them. The only negative thing I have to say was the gift box was very cheep looking and not worth $5.99. Should have been more like 0.99 cents. So for that reason I can only give it a 4 star.

This brought my grandma to tears, she immediately put it on her tree. She told me she will keep this out even past Xmas, she said she will hang it in her room.

Loved the ornament. It had a picture of my brother who passed in June and it’s become very sentimental to us. The only issue is that the picture and text are a little blurry which is unfortunate.

The ornament was perfect. I just loss my husband in Oct. It says everything I felt.

Overall, very happy with my double sided ornament. My best friend's grandpa passed away so I ordered 3 of these ornaments as gifts so they could remember their loved one. The ornaments we're very nice, the picture on the back i felt could have been clearer. You could definitely tell who it was but it was fuzzy, maybe from a variety of things. I was most impressed by the speed in fulfilling my order. I rush ordered these and as promised they arrived in 2 days, thank you!

Great ornament, will become very special ornament each year

My friend’s mom died before thanksgiving so I gave her this ornament. She loved it. The only thing I didn’t like was that the only picture I had couldn’t be moved so that the hole for the string didnt cover up part of the top of their heads.

Photo did not come out as clear as original. Others I purchased were crisp and clear- amazing! Ornaments quality outstanding, service and turn around impressive!

I bought this for a cousin who lost his dad. My cousin works with wood and I thought it would be appropriate for him. I was nervous about the quality, but it was beautiful.

This product turned out beautiful! The shadow box on the other hand, was terrible. The only offer they extended to me is 50% off if I bought another shadow/light box...

Was skeptical because I saw a lot of bad reviews for this website but the item I ordered came on time and looks great. As advertised. No complaints. I’ll be ordering from this site again

A little disappointed in the final outcome. It is a beautiful ornament, but the picture is more blown up than it appears when personalizing it online. And, one seems more blurry and faded than the other. But overall, happy with it.

A friend is facing this holiday season without her husband who passed in the Spring. This ornament is a perfect remembrance to still have her hubby around for the season.
As commented by other reviewers, the printing is a bit blurry but still readable and the name is almost running off the edge. But overall, the porcelain has a nice finish and the saying is on point. The ornament has a nice weight but not too heavy to hang on the tree.

We have just lost this special lady unexpectedly. This was a gift for her little grandchildren and my daughter. It is beautiful.

The website was very easy to use. Arrived in about 9 days. Packaged nicely. My only complaint is the writing on the ornament looks a little faded/smudged. Overall very satisfied!
