I love the wing personalized ornament. I order three different ones. The size and quality are perfect. The website was easy to use. I do wish I had a option on the shape other than a heart for the wing setting. It would also be nice if buying multiple ornaments there could be a discount on the stand. I will be a regular customer. I will enjoy and cherish this all year around.

not only did the ornament turn out well, the customer service was just as fantastic. I ordered these ornaments for my brothers and sisters along with one for myself. We knew it was going to be an heirloom that we handed down to our children because I had them made in honor of our mother that just passed away. We each wanted her name differently and I didn’t order enough. I called right away and they were able to adjust my order with no hassle.

I purchased this ornament for a friend. It is very pretty and you can add a photo on the back. I didn't have a photo to use but even with just the print it made a good gift.

For the price the ornament was nice. The first ornament arrived broken, once I contacted the company they sent me another and it arrived in time for Christmas. The ornament is pretty, the picture I selected looked nice. They should bubble wrap the products better to avoid damage. Overall, I would buy again.

I got this for my girlfriends mom, whose mother passed away earlier this year in March. It can be extremely hard during the holidays when you first lose a loved one. She loved this! She even said she’ll hang it up somewhere else after they take the Christmas tree down. Shipping was extremely fast and I will definitely purchase from this website again!
