I ordered 2 personalized bears and both reactions were the same. It is a nice personalized touch. I love how you have a few options on font to make them look a bit different.

Bought this bear last week for an aunt who lost her husband. Just purchased another one for my niece / godchild that just turned 40. Teddy bears are for all ages. When you can creat your own greeting it is especially nice. I spend way to much money at your co. But worth it. Also things get delivered in a timely fashion. My go to place when I want something meaningful. Thanks keep up the good work. More promos or coupons to good customers would be nice. Happy shopper

Sent this to an aunt who lives in another state, lost her husband of 70 years. Wasn’t having a big funeral, sent it to her house , she loved it. You can send other things besides fruit and flowers, and lasts forever. Long time customer, always happy with your personalized gifts.

It didn't look like the picture. But it was still cute.

The product came just as described and shown. Only thing I would say, and it’s not that big of a deal, but I’d say maybe try and trim the excess fur around the eyes and nose. Mine looked a little shaggy, but I trimmed them and the bear looks great.

Those the product is cute, and like the bear you could not see it’s eyes or nose. I had to cut the hair around it all and they are still hard to see.

The teddy bear was soft and huggable, face was a bit squashed when it arrived. Suggestion for the future, ensure the facial features of the bear to be checked to ensure it is matching closely with the website post. Overall, it is a heart-warming gift.

I loved the teddy bear and it was in great condition but, when I looked closer at the right foot there was a hole where the stitching is. I don’t think I’ll be able to fix it but, I’m going to try.

The bear is smaller than I expected but the idea is still there. Love that you can make it a "personal" gift

The bear was bought as a get well gift for my little cousin and she loves it.

I sent this personalized bear to my grandson for Valentine's day. He loved it.Came just as I ordered and arrived before the holiday. The only negative aspect it did not arrive in a box it came in a mylar type bag and was stuffed in the mailbox where it could have easily been damaged. In the future I would advise company to ship in cardboard box to protect it.

Bear is cute. Shirt is thinner than in the photo. Personalization makes it, well......personal.

The bear is soft and looks like the photo. The only downside is the display photo The bear has a nice loose shirt on. I was sent a bear with a super tight shirt on. Really ruins the cuteness it's a muscle shirt.

The embroidery was great, but the eyes and face looked messy. One eye could hardly be seen and the face was pretty shaggy looking because the fur was blocking the parts of the face. It looked kind of bad and not like the picture on this review, which looks just adorable.

It doesn’t look good as picture or as big but my granddaughter isn’t but 2 so she won’t know the difference. I wouldn’t order another one

The Teddy Bear is adorable. My daughter loved it and she was so surprised and happy but I have to admit that I was disappointed about how small the Bear was.

The bear and shirt are very cute and cuddly. The problem was that the bear has a hole at the seam. Nothing is coming out of it and you can’t see it, but I imagine it will get worse as the bear is cuddled and played with.

Not as cute as the picture. The bear looks skinny and cheap made. His legs and arm barely attache to the body.when he got delivered to me his nose look mess up .im vey disappointed.
