Very good quality, as usual. Only reason I didn't give it a 5 is that I wish there was a choice to make the names black print instead of white. I didn't really notice it in the preview, but part of the white lettering is hard to read across the light-colored shape of the state.

I bought this ornament and personalized it for a gift for our family this Christmas. Love the ornament. Only reason it got 4 instead of 5 stars is because 2 of the 5 ornaments ordered has to be replaced due to imperfections in the materials used. Customer Service replaced them but had to send a picture as proof.

My husband loves plaid so I got this ornament for us and when we got it the plaid wasn't vibrant like it is in the stock photos, and our name wasn't very clear. Got a remake and it came out great! Why couldn't they send me a good one the first time? Who knows? Quality assurance needs some training on what's good and not to send to customers.

Cute idea! The problem we had was the name on the ornament is not big or bold enough.
