Beautiful Ornament I bought 2 of these, one for my sister another for a dear friend. Both lost beloved pets this past year and I am giving this for Christmas. This is beautiful, I cried when I saw it. I can't wait to see how they react when they open this gift.

Hanging on my tree Love my new ornament! I wanted something in memory of my Boxer that passed away in September. She loved Christmas time! She was so funny because she knew when it was Christmas morning and loved ripping open her presents. She was the child I never could have and it is going to be so hard this Christmas not having her with me.

Ornament came with the chip in the wood. I contacted personalization Mall immediately and they shipped another one out to me. I have since ordered six additional ornaments for friends and family to commemorate 2017. Personalization Mall and their staff were so compassionate and acted quickly to resolve the damaged ornament. Now I am constantly referring them.

Tears in my eyes I recently had to put my 14 year old Shih Tzu, Oatmeal down...this item was perfect for his tree. The sentiment was explained exactly how my husband and I felt. Thank you for this well made, thoughtful item.

Max and Lucy These two pugs were my late husband love of our life's. We purchased Max from a breeder and Lucy was rescued from a puppy mill. I lost my husband in 2014, Max in 2016, and Lucy in 2017. Both dogs were cremated and will be buried with Ron and I. This ornament will be put with these special dogs but it is just a way now of showing I still have them in my heart.

Nice tribute I bought this for my sister who lost her family cat this year. The product is exactly as described - and the inscription was just what I ordered. I gave only 4 stars because it arrived 2 days later than scheduled. I realize it is Christmas-time, but, counted on the delivery date provided at the time of order.

The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 was that I had hoped it would arrive sooner, but I did order on Thanksgiving day, so that may have played a part.

Nice ornament This is a nice way to remember our Gus every Christmas. This has a handcrafted quality and even smells of burnt wood. Just as pictured. Would prefer a font that is similar to the message.
