 Glitch this year.Normally I would say they are great as I order them every year, however, this year, they all came out twice the width. If you’re happy with the way they look on your screen you should be fine.

Just ok Despite the lovely packaging, the product quality was poor. The photo, which was high resolution, was blurry. It’s not bad enough to throw away but I wouldn’t order again.

Cute. Cute but the picture printed out wonky. Used the same picture for the other ornaments and it printed fine. Was my fault though. I saw in the preview that it was distorted but I though it was a glitch on my phone. Next time I’ll know better.

Just okay It is okay. Could have been centered better I wish I had the option to change the color of the script. If that option was available it was not intuitive during the ordering process.

A little blurry but cute I was a little disappointed in the clarity of the photos. We did do the glossy ornament version, maybe the Matte would have been clearer? However for the price it's cute enough!

Beautiful image, poor font spacing The image is beautiful (I've blurred faces in my photo for this post) but the wording is spaced poorly. It leaves a lot of white space between the words but places words on top of where the image is starting.

Not what I expected By Shopper (OAK RIDGE, TN) - November 25, 2018 While I love the size and the general look, I'm a little disappointed. I thought it would have a glossy/protective finish. It does not. In fact it feels/looks like it will be scratched and essentially ruined rather easily. I wish I had chosen something else for my daughter's first ornament.

Cute I was hoping that this would have looked a little better, but still turned out pretty cute. I would not buy another though.

Rn This ornament was very cute but I was super upset because they put a large hole in the top... the previews should have shown where the hole was going to be and how big it was ... it was directly in the middle of the child’s forehead so I could not give it as a gift. Every other ornament I got was perfect. Just wish I would have seen in the preview and had the oppurtunity to change the photo and have a nice gift

Great customer service, but ornament not as advertised By Shopper (Bainbridge, PA) - December 23, 2017 I love this ornament, viewing it from my cart, but it didn't come as displayed. Customer service was great about trying to remake it as I showed them, but it's still not exactly as pictured. I'll be ordering a different ornament for my sister instead.

Not as expected While its a cute photo ornament, its not exactly what I thought it would be. I guess I expected it to be a glossy finish, with a more clear photo as displayed in the preview. Instead its a rough finish and the picture isn't as clear and nice looking as the preview. It didn't come with a hanging ribbon.

Not as pictured Not as pictured but still a cute ornament. My sons Was sleeping in the photo I submitted and for some reason they brightened the photo for the ornament and my son looks like one eye is completely faded out. Not at all as sharp and defined as the picture above.

Not what I expected This ornament is more like a stone coaster, with a photo printed on it. Quality is okay, but it's a very "flat" printing job - no luster to the actual item, so it's not at all what I expected.

Very Country Perhaps I didn't read the description enough, but the finish of the entire ornament is rough and there's nothing on the back side, unless I forgot to choose something. Still beautiful and quality.

baby picture ornament By Shopper (Gainesville, FL) - November 14, 2017 The quality of the picture I uploaded was really good, but the picture on the porcelain did not turn out the best when I received it. The porcelain made the colors in the picture more vanilla than pure color. The example shown in my upload process looked good but what I received was okay. The colors just were not as bold. The picture I am uploading, you'll see what I am talking about. Obviously lacks color. Still looks okay but definitely not as defined as the example given online.

Disappointed Photo was very high quality and clear but the matte finish made it appear blurry. Very disappointed and will order gloss in the future.

Dark and Damaged Photo came out very dark and one side was damaged with a scratch. I would not recommend the matte finish for these reasons

Good Quality But Not Pleased with Result The ornament was very nice but I was disappointed that your production team did not let me know the photo was not the best for the design. The hole for the ribbon for the ornament was right next to the head of our baby in the picture, much closer than the preview indicated, which was really disappointing. I would have appreciated a call or email to notify me of such as once I received it was too late to order a replacement before Christmas. This was for our granddaughter's first Christmas and I was so disappointed in the final product.

Bad quality I dislike this ornament. I’ve been purchasing ornaments for many years from Personlization Mall and this is the worst one I”ve received. I was embarrassed to give as a gift.. color is way off and ornament is gritty like plaster. All the others were nice and very proffecional looking. Now I have to reorder with a different ornament.

Disappointed By Shopper (Rockford , IL) - December 19, 2017 I have been purchasing picture ornaments for years from Personalization Mall and they have always been high quality ornaments. This ornament that I purchased for my granddaughters first Christmas was not very attractive. It's flat finish and rough not a nice smooth finish like the other ornaments. I didn't realize it would be that way or I surely would not have ordered 2 of them.
First time I've been disappointed and of course it was a special gift for my daughter. I would not recommend this one.

 Broken My item arrived broken it was not packaged properly since it was porcelain. They just wrapped it in a little bubble wrap and a bubble bag without any type of insulation. I did contact the company and I will be getting another one.

Beware of placement of people in photo By Shopper (Easton, PA) - December 26, 2022 Make sure you have no one near the bottom of your photo. If you preview the photo on the ornament, the white snow at the bottom does not appear and covers of the face if you have any one at the bottom of your photo. I contacted the company and they would not do anything about it. they said it wasn’t their fault. There is another child on the lap of person at bottom. The preview did not show the white snow background behind the lettering. My suggestion is use Shutterfly.!

Picture was size wrong The approved imaged was not the same as the product, part of the head was cut off on the ornament.
They always do a good job, but this time was not the case.

Dissatisfied This ornament did not turn out like the website one. There is no pink around the edges and the hole punch was not centered. I’ve purchased many things from you and I’m very dissatisfied.

Poor Quality Product I uploaded a high resolution image. Since this product has text overlaid, it reduced the quality of the image by ALOT. I would not recommend.

Scratched up My product came scratched up! When I reached out to customer service they failed to provide a solution and responded by telling me it was in perfect conditions... better customer service would be nice. Also better checked and packaged items.

Not what I expected By Shopper (lancaster, CA) - December 26, 2017 I bought this ornament for my daughter's first christmas. The picture came out nice, but I was under the impression the ornament was going to have a gloss, or shine to it. Instead it feels rough like a rock and it looks gritty.
